WARNING! All orders add $ 30 to your total at the end of checkout right before you hit the confirm order button. The additional charges are at the very bottom of the page in very small print. **make sure you triple check for a total before you hit the proceed button at the end! $ 35 order ended up being $ 72 dollars even though three pages told me my total was $ 35. When I recommended to the shop that they fix this, they got extremely defensive and were unwilling to admit any need for change.

I am beyond disappointed with this company and customer service. I had purchased a standing bouquet, and when checking out, I misunderstood the final price as the $ 50(credit for future purchase) was shown discounted in checkout summary, even though that was there as an example for future purchase; not really sure why that would be included in checkout summary verses after order was cpmpleted. I think that is very confusing and called customer service to cancel my order the day before it was to be delivered. I called two times and did not get connected to a representative. Then my last call, I was able to speak to a representative and was transfered to 3 different people, which required the phone call to last almost a half an hour before I got some sort of resolution, if you can call it that. I was told that to cancel, I would still have to pay processing fee which would cost $ 40. And the representative said she would only be able to give me a $ 20 discount if I kept my order. At that point, it did not make sense to pay $ 40 for nothing, plus have to buy flowers from another company. I agreed to that but clearly shared my absolute unsatisfaction with their policy and how you have horrible customer service resolutions. It almost seems like you misrepresent the checking out process to benefit from your customers’ mistakes, and then don’t give them a cancellation without penalty, and then $ 50 credit in hopes for return customer. I will never buy from your company again, and will also post an unfavorable review to help others avoid this hassle.

Worst service I have ever had. I had to call them 11 times to get them to send the flowers to my wife on her anniversary. They sent me the wrong confirmation code, and hung up on me 4 times, and they would not answer the phone 6 times. The 11th time, I was finally able to get a hold of someone who would process the order, and they did not send the flowers that I had originally ordered. Hardly anyone could speak English very well. Good luck.
