Dr. Hafron treated by father, beginning in 2013. Hafron diagnosed my Dad’s issues as cause of an injured bladder, due to prior Prostate Cancer radiation. My Dad was experiencing urination burning, urinary blood clots, chronic bladder infection, inability to urinate, as well as(later) incontinance. My dad saw him religiously twice a month for over a year, with the question still remaining«what is wrong with me»? My Dad was a previous Prostate and Lung Cancer survivor. Wouldn’t you think to check for bladder cancer? After Hafron referred my Dad to another urologist(due to his lack of ability to properly resolve his issues)… He was diagnosed with Stage IV Bladder Cancer 2 weeks later. My father suffered severely due to his lack of competence. Five months later… I planned my Dad’s funeral and laid him to rest. He passed away 2 weeks ago.

Dr. Hafron saw my father more than 2 dozen times since 2010 and has been treating his enlarged prostate. He disregarded my dads symptoms, even after time after time of elevated PSA results until my dad ultimately ended up with a horrible infection residing in his prostate that sent him to the hospital for weeks. I don’t think I could ever forgive Dr. Hafron for his lack of care of my dad’s health. My father will always have this life threatening bacterial infection which will haunt him for the rest of his life. This could have been avoided had Dr. Hafron been more diligent with my dad and his symptoms. I don’t think I can forgive Dr. Hafron for his lack of care and knowledge in this field to properly treat patients.
