It was good. I didn’t know what I was doing, but they helped me along. It is basically Indian stuff in a wrap — think Indian food meets Qdoba, but good. I wish the microwave was not used, it does not heat evenly. Otherwise, no complaints. Not for regular consumption, but good when you want a quick sandwich.

We’ve enjoyed trying some different foods here. They’ve been helpful to explain and to let us sample. As they indicate, this is Indiana street food /fast food. It’s fun every once in a while and I’d recommend you give it a try.

The man who runs/owns this store is fantastic, if he is the one making your food, it is consistently excellent and fast. He is warm and inviting and makes the experience of coming here a fun one. The issue with this place is the other staff, in particular the younger female employee, who is painfully slow and not very personable. If you want to attract customers, you have to be pleasant and accommodating. Recently I walked in with a party of 5 family members who I had spent days talking this place up to. We showed up at around 5:30−6, which is more than reasonable for dinner time. The people who walked out while we were walking in had food, but we were told by that girl that the kitchen was closed, though the store was open. So here I am, having talked about how great this place is to the people I brought, being turned away by this girl after she just served other customers. Needless to say, they were not pleased and would never come back. So you lost the business of 5 hungry people who would have ordered plenty of food not just for that night, but permanently, courtesy your employee’s bad attitude. And this leads me to the second issue, the ridiculous hours. If you’re going to run a restaurant portion in your store, closing it at the beginning of dinner time, when people are wanting to pick up a quick meal on the way home from work, closing the kitchen while the store is still open makes zero sense. I would stop here much more often, but for these hours. This place has the potential to be great, the food is excellent. They just need to fix the service and the hours.

The flavor of the food is amazing. My husband and I tried a little bit of almost everything and it was tough to decide! At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical about the concept of fast food Indian cuisine, but it was a wonderful surprise. The ingredients are really fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

Tucked away in the back of a shopping plaza in the Gift Of India grocery store is this awesome find. We had the chicken 65, samosa and mango lassi, all delicious. Service is super friendly and there’s lots to explore in the aisles while you wait for your wraps to warm in the press. If you’re a first-timer you get to try a range of flavors before you choose. You can easily grab and go, or there are small tables and stools to hang out on up front. Next time chai!

Amazing! I stopped in after reading a Unilocal review, was in the area. The guy behind the counter started offering me samples of everything, and everything was excellent. I ordered one of each! Stop in, try it out, excellent service, even better food, quick!

Inside an Indian grocery store, hidden in a plaza on Orchard Lake. The owner grills incredibly flavorful and delicious Indian wraps and rolls. You choose your fillings which can be chicken, lamb, paneer and other options. Each has a variety of spices and ingredients, which leads to a large number of options. He takes a generous amount of filling, adds fresh veggies, cheese, and some house made sauces. Once grilled on a panini press, it gets hot and crispy. Familiar Indian spices explode and taste amazing in a wrap form. They also have chaat on the menu, but I haven’t explored the offerings yet. Definitely a hidden gem.
