Call me crazy but, I stay 40 minutes away and take loads at time here. Being very picky and having had bad experiences at other places this is the only place I’ll take my garments to. I first found this place from a friend of mine who lives near by. My friend told me how much she loves this place, not only because of the nice employees but, because the items are spot free and pressed to perfection. I love this place. I got 20 button ups ready and set to drop off!!!

I moved to West Bloomfield in June and had been taking by dry cleaning here for about 2 ½ months. They do a decent job with the clothes but they do not keep the hours that they post. The posted hours are 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday. In the 2 ½ months that I took my clothes there I showed up at least 5 different times at 7 AM to pick up or drop off my clothes on my way in to work and they weren’t open.
This past week was the straw that broke the camels back. I was there at 7 AM 3 different times this week and they were closed each time. One morning I actually waited all the way up to 7:25 AM and they never showed up. Another day I showed up at 6:53 PM to pick up my clothes and they had already closed.
Bottom line, they have wasted a BUNCH of my time. I’m busy and need to be able to rely on my dry cleaners to keep the hours that they post. Since this place can’t do that, I will not be coming back.
