The best gym. 25 foot high ceilings. Murals. Young people, musclebound men, yoga women, middle aged crowd. It’s good energy in there. Good place to lose weight and build muscle. Motivating place.

It’s ok. Just like any other gym. I hope they will eventually clean the rust build up out of the steam sauna in the ladies locker room.

The gym is nice and clean but more importantly(for me) the front desk staff is super friendly. It means a lot to me to get a smile and a hello when I go to a gym. The gym is a means to an end for me so I’m not in the gym-in crowd. Being treated like I matter, matters to me. I seriously think Ida is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. What a friendly face and a great attitude. :) Smile! Marla

The only reason I’m not giving this gym five full stars is because the culture derived by the members suck. Other than that, it’s my favorite gym. It’s a solid gym!

I’ve been a member here for a little over a year. So here is my list of pros and cons: Pros: –Friendly staff –Cleanness –Safe and secure –Training classes –Lockers, showers, steam room –Availability of equipment and trainers –Cafeteria Cons: –TURNDOWNTHEEFNMUSIC! I don’t know how many times I have to tell the staff to turn it down because I bring my iPhone and I can’t hear my own music! I listen to LOUDROCKMUSIC and their call me maybe crap is even louder so that really bothers me. More than half of the gym members bring their mp3 players/phones anyways. –Gym closes at 11 pm on weekdays, 10 pm on Fridays, and 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday!!! So no access beyond that. –Staff mobs and vacuums while you are lifting. Sometimes you have to get out of the way. And, floor gets wet and I could slip and fall while I’m carrying heavy weights. –Some weight-droppers and«grunters». Seriously it’s a gym, not a bedroom. Keep it down.
