With so much competition out there you would think stores like this would want your business??? My family walked in here at 2 on a Sunday afternoon to look for a new sofa set to go in our living room. Our car was the only on in the parking lot yet we walked around the store for a good 10 mins before anyone walked up to us. There wasn’t a single customer in the entire store, what was the delay? After walking around we asked the sales associate how much a particular set would be in a different fabric selection, she said she would take us to the fabric room for us to pick one out… Ok no problem. We pick out a selection and ask her what the new price point would be, she says she doesn’t know… ummm okay well can you check? She finally made her way over to check and came back 15 mins later with an estimate. Needless to say we’ll be making our purchase elsewhere, somewhere with better customer service and more product knowledge.
