Not sure whether to give 2 or three stars. In the past I have had great service and products from Windows and Walls. My last two experiences were not so great. There were a lot of phone calls trying to find out whether or not my blinds had come in then there were a lot of phone calls about when the installer could come out. I placed another order and there were phone calls again and one time I was told my blinds were in then I called again and was told they weren’t in. We went back and forth for a while but finally had them delivered and installed. They do come out and measure your windows for you and they bring samples. That part is great. Its just the part between buying and the installation that has me giving only two stars.

Shopping for drapes is as exciting as watching paint dry but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!
They have an enormous range of fabric choices, & if it was up to me we could have been done in 5 mins. Why Do our better halves love to spend hours & hours on choosing fabrics???
They come to your house to measure all the windows, Curtains are done in a week or so & promptly & efficiently installed all for a ridiculous amount of money.
