Would you want your son or daughter to have a teacher that was seen hitting kids outside of the classroom? Likewise, I would not want to entrust my beloved dogs to a canine behavioral specialist that kicks dogs outside of his practice. As a specialist in canine behavior, he should be able to recognize that a labrador retriever that is running towards him and wagging his tail is not going to bite, correct? Kicking a dog once, could most certainly be a mistake– but on TWO separate occasions(three years apart) he kicked my beloved lab while he was walking in our neighborhood. I was absolutely appalled to learn that this monster was a canine behavior specialist! I would think twice about entrusting your beloved pet to someone that kicks dogs… Just as much as you wouldn’t want your child to be left in the care of a teacher that has been observed hitting children…
