What a wonderful place for breakfast. Quaint Café and very clean .The waitress was right on. Very attentive and always had a smile. Prices were fine.

The food is very good with nice size portions. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The décor is warm and inviting, it’s like eating in your grandma’s dining room. If you want down home cooking in West Branch, this is the place.

Riverview, MI
Have been to the West Branch Café many times. Meals have always been good, home style cooking. The waitress today is great, we have two boys and she was patient with them ordering food. She got our drinks right away and crayons for the kids to use. Wife’s soup (sauerkraut) came quickly and it tastes good. The rest of the meal was very good.

Blueberry pancakes are really good plenty of blueberries.

Fairly solid. There are some things that are super good, and some that are ok.
They have flavored cream. They brew their iced tea. Their stuff is cooked to order. The portions are decent. And the food is in general good.
They heat some items (oatmeal…) until it is lava hot. The temperature could only be accomplished in the microwave and is unappealing. The waitress takes the order and drops off the bill but that is about it. Refills and promises (for more napkins) are not a priority. Everything has meat and cheese on it, so if you don’t eat those you feel like an asshole ordering.
It is the basic fare and ok. But not 5 stars.
