Terrible customer service, waited in line for at least 10 mins to purchase a single shirt, while customer and mgr banter back & forth trying to find his rewards card/​account. Manager could not find it in system, then customer has to pull out his man purse and look for the 5.00 coupon to no avail. Most frustrating thing is, I was the only other customer in the store and that there was another csr standing there just watching the fiasco, doing nothing, not even acknowledging my existence. I did the right thing though, I left the store and spent my money elsewhere.
