There was this guy there named Nut who ran the place with excellent customer service in mind. He would always remember your name and was very pleasant.
The «kid» who runs the place now knows nothing about customer service and doesn’t hold the staff accountable to make up for his weakness.
The staff is rude and act like they don’t appreciate your business at all.
They have a nice selection but I rather go elsewhere and pay more to have a place give me some common curiosity for my business.
It’s a real shame.

Overall the selection is decent. Prices are ok. The staff are absolutely rude and atrocious.
Normally, I don’t post reviews but after last night I needed to post my experience here. Last night was New Year’s Eve. I stopped for a few bottles of wine. Usually, it’s a quick in and out experience with no issues.
Two cashiers were working the front. One casually standing and the other checking out the customer in front of me. I was on the phone standing there waiting for the cashier to cash me out. The occupied cashier finishes with the customer and now they are both standing there. Looking at each other and saying nothing to me.
At this point another customer is in line behind me and I’ve been standing there for a good 3 minutes. They look over me and ask the other person if they are ready. I step up and said, «Is there a problem? I’ve been standing here the whole time.» I get a snarky reply from the cashier that stood there the entire time saying, «Well you were on the phone.»
Really? That’s your customer service? I don’t need to have a conversation with you while I check out. I am able to do two things at once, and I told her just that. I’m here giving you my business and buying some wine.
Now, she asks for my ID. Which is fine. Then proceeds to run it through the machine which takes a minute (I’m not even close to 21). I’m standing there on the phone furious now and she knows it. I told her she was rude. She says, «You can swipe your card now!» Acting like she’s now waiting on me. She was still running my ID and it wasn’t even given back to me. So she approved the sale before she knew I was 21+ then decides to be rude again!
If you want rude customer service then this place won’t disappoint. You lost a customer. I’ll be stopping at the store up the street.

Great selection, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Amazed this store is in business with the kindergarten class who runs the place. If you need a nip to feed your habit this is your place. If you are looking to be treated like an adult you better pass this place by.
