New York Pizza

We have been ordering from Ny pizza since opening. I have so many favorites at this point! It is so hard for me to narrow down my decision when it comes to ordering from there because EVERYTHING is that good! Food is always hot, delivery is quick! Even on their busiest nights, it’s never been more than 40 mins at the absolute most! Food is fresh and portions are huge! They never skimp out on toppings either. Salads are amazing too, again portions are great! I can get easily two meals out of my take out. Besides all that, the people that work there are always so nice! Always polite and happy. Food that I have ordered that knock out the others: steak and cheese sub, Greek salad with grilled chicken, boneless buffalo chicken plate, chicken cutlet sub, sausage pizza.

Was in the area for a work project and stopped in. Nice sweet sauce, cooked nicely and a the staff was friendly. Decent prices. If I ever happen to be in the area again, I certainly would go back there.

Ordered an Italian sub and there was barely any meat in it and not much lettuce. A lot less than a typical sub.

Decided to order off of foodler last night after reading all the great reviews… so glad we did! Best chicken, broccoli Alfredo I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! Great pizza and calzone too. Won’t order from anywhere else ever again! Fast delivery

We have tried almost everything here and it is all delicious! And if you can believe it they have the best cheesecake I’ve had in a long time! And such quick delivery.

Best pizza in the area. We drive out of our way to get it. Love the cheese bread sticks, too. Try the chicken, bacon, ranch. You’ll want the large, not the small.

Best chicken fingers I’ve ever had. Great steak bomb sub as well. Only issue I had was I clearly asked for a menue but they failed to give one. But the food is fabulous

We came to a pizza place for subs. The steak and cheese and chicken parm were great. Meatballs needs more sauce. Would be back for more.

I ordered a delivery to my house 2.5 miles away and it took 55 minutes to arrive. It wasn’t hot at all and I had to microwave each piece a bit before I ate them. It tasted like it probably would have been a good thin crust pizza otherwise. $ 18.35 seemed a bit high for a large half pepperoni, half pepper and onion also, delivered or not. Next time I will try a pick up instead.

Finally… a great thin crust pizza in the area. This is our new pizza place. I can’t wait to try more things.

Me and my family saw this place on our way to market basket. My wife Unilocaled reviews and saw what great feedback this new place got so we decided to try it. I am soooo glad we did. My family can’t ever agree on pizza and we all loved it from here. Plus, thanks to a fellow Unilocaler I tried the buffalo chicken calzone. It was delicious! We also got the cheesy bread. When they were making it you could just smell the garlicky yumminess. Not to mention the place was seriously clean, like operating room clean! That is huge for me I will walk out of its a mess. Hopefully they keep up the great work in that department and don’t slack off. I have been telling everyone to try this place! Yes, we will be returning!!!

As others have stated, this area of the state is overrun with Greek style and bar room style pizza places. Quality of those places varies so widely that most of us have our favorite place to go and refuse to go to others. Thankfully we are starting to see some Italian style pizza places opening up to compete with all the Grrek style. New York Pizza is probably the most authentic so far (old neighborhood is quasi Italian). We got Pizza from here the first week they opened. As expected, the crust and size of the pizzas were exactly what we were hoping for. Overall I would rate the pizza around 7 out 10. That is actually very good for this area. It is hard to compete with noerth end boston style which I would put on the ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
What would drastcially improve their pizza would be adding some simple ingredients either to the sauce or cheese. When we had it, I shook a tiny amount of oregano on it and it improved the flavor tremendously. Without it, the was a… and I apologize for using this word, boring tasting pizza. With it… it was awesome.
Will we come here again? Yes. Do they have competition? Yes. We just recently «re-​discovered» a place in Abington (Portofinos) that is under new management but uses the original owners recipes. If we can just get them to trim back on the garlic just a tad… it would be a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ pizza.

We have been back for takeout numerous time since the original review, and we have yet to be disappointed. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful. The chicken cutlet (and chicken parm) subs are absolutely delicious, as is the steak and cheese. Sides have all been excellent as well. This has become our go-​to place for takeout, which has been way too often lately with a kitchen renovation in progress.

First time trying This place I for the chicken parm it was very good. Nice breaded chicken, great sauce perfect amount of cheese, fresh bread. Highly recommend the place.

Awesome pizza and wings! Pretty sick of Greek and pan pizza from everywhere else and love Italian thin crust. Highly recommended going here

Definately a welcome change to the pizza options in the area. Previously living in Weymouth gave us many pizza options. Once we moved to Bridgewater there were no Italian options. Only Greek and bar style.
Anyway, pizza was good. Cheese could be more flavorful and sauce is definitely on the mild side. All in all a good pie and a welcome change.

So we got their take out menu in the mail yesterday and decided to give this new place a chance. We were so happy with it they delivered to us in Bridgewater even though they are in W.B. which is awesome. They said an hour and it actually came in less than that. The delivery guy was extremely nice guy.
But now let’s get to the food we ordered the appetizer of cheesy bread sticks omg it’s like a meal itself it was a full pizza box of bread sticks for only $ 6.99 I couldn’t believe it and they were pretty awesome! We also got a couple calzones neither of which we were able to finish because they were a good portion and stuffed with tons of chicken. Place is a great new edition to the area and we will definitely be ordering again!

Big slices, good prices! Delicious pizza. Definitely one the better pizzerias in the area.
