New update: March 16… Had a problem obtaining the required documentation for«Mass Save» to receive the $ 550 rebate I am entitled to. The above matter was resolved this morning by Ron, the owner. He emailed me the documents and then followed up with a phone call. Ron is a gentleman and shows sincere concern for his customers. Incidentally, i am very happy with the Carrier HVAC products i purchased from Pierce. (See original review dated 1÷26÷16) Good Luck!

I can’t even get them to quote the job. It has been over a month and they keep having excuses. I give up on them. Can not beleive it would take that long. Fine, you don’t get my money.

I recently had them quote me a home central A/C system, they came in $ 2k more than the next lowest bid. I don’t have any experience with them directly.
