No hay nada diferente a las otras cafeterías de esta cadena. Lo que si puedo decir de que el servicio es bueno sin llegar a ser excelente y la verdad el servicio me parece bastante rápido. Cuanta con algunas dos mesas para las personas que quieran disfrutar sus alimentos ahí mismo o el servicio para llevar. A mi todas las donas me encantan, pero el café definitivamente no me gusta para nada ya que al final deja un sabor desagradable en la lengua.

I come here almost every morning on my commute to work and the staff is very friendly and the service is relatively fast :)

Coffee is good, and service is provided in a timely manner. However, didn’t like that they accidentally charged me for two bagels when I only ordered one. When I tried to tell the guy who made them, he tried to act like it was my fault for not being clear when I ordered!
Please get it together, «the customer is always right».

This location on Fordham and Jerome opened a few months back, methinks. It’s your cookie-​cutter (doughnut-​cutter?) Dunkin’, offering you your daily dose of Coffea arabica scented homogeneity. Not too much else to say here.
Also: You’re on Fordham, right off of the 4 train exit, so expect a little shot of ratchetry clientelewise. Everyone’s in a crazy rush or literally the complete opposite.
