Its a hardware store, and sometime they have a good sale where an item can be bought for a decent price.
The staff is good especially Jason and Leo. However as the other Unilocalers noted, there is a gal on the front customer service desk that isnt the friendliest. After couple visit, i just try to avoid her.
Aside from that … all good.

This is the most incompetent band of idiots I have ever witnessed in my life. Nobody knows what is going on, nobody knows the products, nobody knows the store policies. It amazes me that this store has stayed in business as long as it has. Customer service? It doesn’t exist at this store. Customer loyalty? This place should be dismantled and given away. IDIOTS ALL OF THE IDIOTS!

Most awful experience.
The most rudest customer service ever. Don’t even think of doing an in-​store pickup here. The gal that waited on me at the front desk could not even read, had zero customer service skills and it was a complete circus act trying to pick up a simple online /​in-​store pickup order that was confirmed.
It took over an hour to resolve — same order with 3 versus 2 items took 4 minutes to pickup at another Sears. The complete rudeness by the cashier was worst then the wait. I was a burdensome in their mind not a customer. I would never shop here again.

Went to West Caldwell Sears for advertised trash pails… found better ones in the store which we purchased. Sales people, all excellent & helpful. Cashier, Yuksel, offered a lot of assistance with our purchase. Will return to this location in the future.

This is Sears Appliance and this one is not at a mall. It’s next to a gym.
It’s sears appliance and it’s sort of a hub for things your too lazy to get from the sears at the willowbrook mall.
friendly staff but boring store.

Nasty manager, bad service, dirty store.
Rude rude rude. Came here to buy a grill, i realized it went on sale the next day, the staff «forgot» to tell me about the sale. I asked for the manager to see if I would be able to adjust the price the day of the sale. It took 20 mins for manager to come to assist me. Very nasty lady will never come back here. In the end they don’t adjust prices and I would have to go back the day of the sale and buy the item
In addition to that incident I found that the store was not clean and many of the items out on display were damaged and looked used.
