Went in and spent 600 on tires and paid the 74 for alignment, as the mechanics were aligning tires they broke a «rusted“bolt off a trail arm which required me to buy a whole new trail arm (factory only of course) because they couldn’t get the bolt out since it was broken off. So, ended up costing me extra 390 for new trail arm. They did take 90 off price for labor so I ended up paying a little less. I’m not really sure if that’s good or bad. I always thought if something doesn’t look right or rusted you talk to the customer and say hey look, this is what’s going to happen if this breaks off. Friendly staff but I left feeling cheated for some reason. I went in just to get tires !
Grismer compensated me for the trail arm very promptly.

Horrible. They are rude! I went in for oil change and cooling system flush. I got down the road after they worked on it and my car was acting up and smelled bad. I took it back and they drenched my engine with water because they must of poured the coolant with their eyes closed. I drove it home and it was still acting up. Parked it in the garage. Next day going to work my car was still acting up bad. So I brought it in and they were really rude to me. They told me that the coil I just replaced was bad because it got water on it. That I was driving around with the hood up and got water in it??? No it was the water that they had to sprayed on it! They wanted $ 200 dollars to fix the problem that they created. I was going to get tires from them but now never again!!!
