7-Eleven

This convenience store is the most convenient one for me lately. so I’ve been in here quite a bit. I’ll cop to wishing it was a Wawa at first because Wawas are bigger, a bit less dingy, slightly better prices better coffee and a broader selection of to-​go food.
However, this 7 – 11 has got some of the most pro staff I’ve ever seen working a 7 – 11. The store is always pretty well stocked too. A contrast to some of the other 7 – 11’s I’ve visited where they seem to be out of stuff frequently or the staff acts like the cast of «Clerks» on weed.
And when I think about it, at Wawa I usually end up just getting hot dogs anyway, and 7 – 11’s hot dog selection beats the casings off the measly choices Wawa has available (not to mention that Wawa doesn’t have any available in the case after a certain hour at night, which makes the whole 24-​hour-​store concept really suspect in my mind).
Plus I have to burn more gas to get to the Wawa, which tends to make up for the price difference. I mean, if I need milk that bad that I can’t just go to the supermarket which is a similar distance away as the Wawa, the roads usually are in no shape to be driving more than I absolutely have to.
So, this 7 – 11 is looking pretty good to me after all. I’ll make my own coffee at home and save even more money.
