I was looking for a replacement Key FOB for my wife’s X5 and called several dealers for pricing. I was not surprised when I got hit with pricey numbers from everyone. Then, just for giggles, I decided to try this random, non-​dealer shop for this item and found that these guys can get me OEM parts for my X5 and what’s better, for a far better price than the dealers! I wasted no time and purchased my item from here, especially after I spoke to Vincent on the phone. Vincent was super helpful in making calls for me to verify everything and responded back to me expeditiously. Furthermore, when I went to pick up my part, I could only come to him after his normal business hours. He offered to stay longer that day just so that I could pick up my item in person. That’s going the extra mile in my book. Thanks Vincent and I will certainly come back for the next item.
I would like to say that I am a real customer and was not given any reward, gift card, spiff or any such thing to write this review. I did this volunteeringly with nothing in return. I never heard of these guys before and came across them accidentally on a search.

Bimmer parts anyone ?? I live in Texas near Dallas but ordered from these guys (cause they had the part) Damn ! even tho I ordered the USPS option I really didn’t expect my package for another few days, here it is ! 48 hours later I actually have the correct part in my hands. Not supposed to happen this way but these guys got it together. In the same week I had ordered some parts from Autohauaz in Phoenix with two day delivery even tho it costs more, the parts weren’t here 5 days later. Needless to say when I need parts fast and at a reasonable price, this will be my ‘go to «place.Nice to know theres still a few folks around that care about customers.

Vincent is one of the most stand-​up good guys that you’ll ever meet. I had a problem with an Eisenmann exhaust that I ordered and he tirelessly worked with them to ensure that I was refunded the full purchase price. Highly recommended!
