The quality and portion size of meals has decreased considerably in the last year. They also no longer accept credit card payment for deliveries.

This is really a three and a half star place for me but since Unilocal doesn’t allow the half star I’ll be nice and round up to four. Your standard West Chester area pizza parlor where the pizzas cost about 18 to 20 bucks each, that also serves dozens of sandwiches, wings, fries and pasta. Based on what I see people leaving the restaurant with, it seems like the pizza and the pasta are the big draws here. The pizza is better than many of its area competitors in that Brothers is generous with its toppings and the pizza I got was crispy crusted around the edge as I prefer; unfortunately it was still doughy towards the middle which is apparently the way the vast majority of pizza places around here cook it. This place is in a large shopping center with ample free parking which, for West Chester, is nothing to sneeze at, and also allows you to wait around for your pizza to come out. The waiting area is the size of a postage stamp, but better to put up with the crowds and get it hot and fresh than wait for delivery, which judging from their volume is likely to be awhile. This seems to be the place where all the middle-aged and retired locals go to get their pizza and pasta fix, and they all have to have five minutes of personal chit chat and flirt with the counter staff or whatever, while people behind them are just trying to get their pizza. I don’t want to reduce the restaurant rating for that since the workers make a pretty valiant effort to be friendly with everybody while still trying to move the pizzas(for all I know, maybe they like all that conversation about where Sammy’s kids are going to college and how is the dog doing) but it’s like being in a bar where everybody knows each other but you and you’re just trying to get a drink and the bartender is having his attention taken up by Sammy rather than by the drinks. I might go back some time to try the food other than pizza, but only at an un-busy time, not dinner hour. BTW, they only take Visa and MC, no Amex.

This is somewhere I have lunch 2 or 3 times a week. Everything is good. Excellent salads, wraps, pizza and the pasta dishes too. I also use their catering for business lunch meetings on occasion and they deliver which is a huge help. Very nice owners and the workers are exceptionally friendly and take pride in doing a great job.

Gluten-free people, rejoice! I have found the best gluten-free pizza crust in existence. Perhaps a bit dramatic because I have not sampled all of the gluten-free pizza crusts available to mankind, but trust me. You won’t be disappointed. I meandered in one afternoon while taking a break from studying a nearby institution of higher education. I think I faux pas’ed with ordering at the counter rather than sitting down and and giving my order to the server who was there. Regardless, the service at the counter was superb. The pizza came out fairly quick. Another customer at the counter asked if it was a thin crust pizza; the gent behind the counter told her it was the gluten-free crust. She eyed it up with interest. Then I snatched it and walked back to the table where I was sitting. IT. WAS. AMAZING. The taste was pretty true to the real thing. It had a nice crunch, like a thin crust pizza. The texture was pretty decent, too. The sauce was perfect. The cheese was perfecter. When I paid(and tipped the server I snubbed from a table), I asked if they make the crust there. They do not, which did not surprise me at all. I am curious as to from where they get the crust, but I won’t push my luck. I’ll just continue going back and trying different toppings on that awesome crust.

America’s Pie this is not. Ordered the wings and a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza reminded me of Domino’s, but pricier. I am sure their sandwiches and other menu items maybe good, but for pizza & wings in West Chester, I will be sticking with America’s Pie.

I think this is the same place as 322 and 162… map wise, phone wise… so same review… this place has some pretty good food… we used to order cheese steaks from here(before we became vegetarians)… good stuff… The pizza’s here are old school east coast pizzas… red or whtie? always tasty, a little greesy(in a good way, if there is such a thing…) the poppers and mozzarella sticks are good… they have a very large menu, if you want it, they have it, salads, sandwiches, pastas…
