I am hooked! This place was amazing. I had not been to a nail salon in years and needed a little education. They took the time to explain to me the different options and I decided on going with the shellac manicure. Tammy was very detailed and gentle. The best part was the massage at the end and the hot towel wrap. I’m looking forward to going back.

They have more colors of shellac than I have ever seen! Hundreds!!!
I have been going here for years, and I am always happy with my nails. Patrick and Meggie and the entire staff are extremely friendly and provide great customer service. I travel a lot so I have been to several other throughout the years, but I always try and wait because they are the absolute best.
I get manicures (shellac) and pedis, but the offer waxing and other services also. They often have walking appointments without a wait and are very accommodating and have fit me in when I have been pressed for time before big events.
There salon is more on the upscale end. The most upscale I have been to in the area. The décor and fixtures are all high quality which adds to the ambiance. The pedicure bowls are very clean. They unwrap all the utensils in front of you from sterile bags. They are very aggressive about cleanliness. The bathroom is even very nice with real towels to dry your hands.
They offer several price points for the pedicures and several different time frames as well. The express fits nicely into my busy schedule. It gets the job done but i am in and out. The royal is the priciest and my favorite if I want to relax. I like the hot stones the hotter the better! It also includes a mask and paraffin. The water is always as hot as you want it, and no matter how busy they are they never run out. They do a great job of clipping your nails even if you have ingrown nails. I never get the cheese grater looking thing done in my heels. That scares me, but you can opt out. I think a lot of people do.
The shellac last so long. I have had my current shellac in almost 4 weeks and just got a chip! Once you go shellac you never go back! They remove the old shellac for a small fee. Unlike other salons they don’t file your nails super thin. They do them however you want. Rounded or squared. Long or short. Most recently I had a design done for a themed event and everyone loved them! The glitter selection is pretty impressive. They even have mood shellac which would be fun for kids.
The customer service is excellent. I had a couple nails chip one time after the first couple of days. (I’ve had them done for years now and that’s bound to happen at some point just the nature of the business. Sometimes the product just fails.) I didn’t have time to make it back in right away but when I stopped in the following week They fixed me up the next day no charge. Great customer service!!! Especially after a full week, I expected to pay. It was a lovely surprise. They are always doing a little extra to make sure your nails are perfect!
Also, it is a small local business so remember to pay in cash so they don’t have to pay the credit card processing fees :)

I have been coming to Concepts Nail and Spa since Meggie and Patrick first opened the salon. Meggie and Patrick ensure a relaxing and peaceful visit. They are hands on with their staff and clientele. If you ever have a concern it would be addressed immediately. I believe their prices are reasonable and affordable. The Salon is updated and decorated beautifully to add to your experience… this is not a salon nestled in a box store, friends… so expect prices that are a bit higher than that, yet still more affordable than your upscale trendy local salons. This is the best of all worlds… walk ins always served quickly, moderate to average pricing in an upscale setting, friendly faces, speedy, yet thorough service, clean facilities, tools and foot baths and most of all a wonderful experience!

my friend and I went there for manicure and pedicure. we requested to get royal mani/​pedi and from the very start they started rushing us to sit down and soak our feet in the water. before soaking our feet in the water we wanted to pick our colors for the toe and at this point we were not sure if we wanted to get shellac or not. we just sat down and soaked our feet without picking our colors few minutes into our one hour long pedicure she started pressuring us to pick our colors. this is only few minutes into our pedicure and the only reason we sat down because they rushed us and didn’t give us enough time to pick our non-​shellac colors. during the end of our pedicure the lady started multi-​tasking manicure. we had plenty of time and we came to relax not to become part of express manicure or multi tasking manicure. she just kept rushing us. we asked them for bottle of water and they forgot. during the manicure I asked her to sample my nail colors that I had picked so I can get better idea which one to pick. she painted one of her index fingers with four colors that I had picked. her skin color and my skin color is completely different. how am I suppose to pick a nail color based on her skin color? so I told her that I would like them sampled onto my nails first. before applying… she immediately started talking in vietnamese about my request. she was extremely rude and completely rushed our relaxation into nightmare! I would not recommend any body wasting their money onto this place! no body wears name tags! complete waste of money! rude and not relaxing at all! they just want to rush you so they can just have more customers. they did not care about our relaxation experience at all

Friendly people, but overly expensive. First time in a nail salon up in Ohio and had to pay about $ 165 for two manicures and pedicures. Never told us the options for the manicures or pedicures
