This company advertised on Living Social. They stated that they service a 20 mile area from West Chester. I verified both on the Living Social site, as well as through mapquest, that I was within their stated 20 mile radius. I purchased their deal and was very excited about the service as they claim to be a green company and I have 2 small children. Unfortunately, when I called the company to set up an appointment they told me they will not service my town. I explained to them what their deal stated on Living Social, and they had NO response other than oh well. Very disappointed in their follow up and with them for offering a deal that they will not stand behind. Poor customer service!
