I can’t tell you how many times we eat here a week. I love it. Veggin Out taco and PB and J smoothie are my go to. But you can’t miss. I just wish they were open later.

Jaco has been my ‘go to’ for lunch since they opened. They consistently create wonderful juices, smoothies, tacos and more. Their chicken tortilla soup is literally the best soup I have ever had!

Sushi Burritos were amazing, I ate two but could have eaten several more. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

My pregnant wife requires Jaco’s breakfast burrito multiple times a week. Thank you Jaco for keeping her satisfied and therefore me alive for another few months. Ok really though… all the food and juice and coffee is great — fresh and tasty. Parking is annoying(said the spoiled suburbanite). It’s nice they have a few extra seats… Wonder why the change from Baco to Jaco… hmm… I think I like Baco better. Oh well.

Please, Jaco, come to Center City!!! What a delightful spot, and the walk-up window? Genius. I love that I can get a simple breakfast sammie, or a creative burrito. For my first visit, I went with the Killer Veggie; perfectly sized and delicious. The diagonal cut makes it easy to eat and you get all of the ingredients in one bite. There’s a variety of healthy juice/smoothie options, but I went for the Hipster smoothie of course… banana, chocolate syrup, NUTELLA, milk and graham; need I say more? This BLEW my mind and my taste buds. I would(and will) drive to West Chester just for this. Four stars overall because the service was cranky(but fast!), but the food and atmosphere are 5 stars for sure!

This is definitely not your typical Mexican joint, so if you’re looking for authentic this is not your destination. I knew it would be healthier-ish tacos and burritos, especially that it’s also a juice place. It’s very cute in the inside, really simple and reading atmosphere! I got the veggie tacos and side of guacamole and chips. The prices were a bit too high, I paid little over $ 13 for two tacos and guacamole but again, it’s not too too bad! The food was great I truly enjoyed it.

Living in San Diego for the past 6 years I was very disappointed moving to Philly and seeing the lack of healthy juice bars. I’ve been to a couple around philly area but this place has it down, hands down the best I’ve had on the East Coast! Stoked to find this little gem!

Loved this placed!!! Lots of savory and sweet items to choose from. Really good for grab and go. WCU is lucky to have this close to campus. With we had one @ IU-B. The chicken adobo meat wasn’t that fresh. It was dry and closer to how my grandmum likes to boil everything.

Best quick stop in wc! Amazing food and service! Make sure to get one of the smoothies, they are filling and have all different kinds! PB&J is my favorite!

Our coffee(which was served in a to go cup with a La Colombe sleeve) was too strong to drink, and filled with coffee grounds. The place was cold, we had to keep our jackets on, and service was very slow.

We really enjoy it here. Always order the simpleton and add Hank’s hot sauce to it. The smoothies are ok, not quite where they need to be for 5 dollars a drink. Sometimes they are heavy on the ginger(in a smoothie) and it seems like the water they are serving now is unfiltered and was not drinkable the last time I was in, maybe it was a one time occurrence. Overall, if I could give it 4.5 stars I would.

Yet again this morning, they are out of the one thing I want. Really? At 8 am? I keep trying to patronize this place, mostly because they serve La Columbe. I am theirs to lose. And they keep losing me. Probably won’t try again. Owner is no where in sight… he must have another job.

I have only been here a few times but their smoothies are wonderful. The food is good and the people working there seemed pleasant. It’s a little small to bring a large group of people to eat, but the perfect spot to stop if your walking around town.

This place is LEGIT! Came here for a quaint, party-of-1 lunch one afternoon and let me tell you, it was the perfect decision! This was still in the early fall so was a gorgeous day to order at the outside window and chill at one of the outside tables. Got two Baco Taco’s(avocado, sweet onion, tomatoes, sweet corn, cotija cheese, tomatillo salsa, and roasted poblano crema) for $ 6. Made it vegan by getting it without the cotija cheese and poblano crema but was STILL amazing! All the flavors are so in-sync with each other that you could probably just eat a whole bowl of the ingredients without the tortilla(new menu idea, perhaps??). In addition to the wonderful lemon/lime-infused water that they have, I also got the Pineapple Express(pineapple, kale, cucumber, coconut water, and mint) as my drank. Was a bit on the expensive side($ 5), but tasted(as my fellow Unilocaler Aria S. would say) healthy AF in a good way so I guess I wouldn’t mind splurging on it once in a while. Just a note, this juice is a bit on the minty-kale side than on the sweet side so FYI in case you’re looking for something sweeter. Can’t complete this review without giving a shout-out to the ABSOLUTELY-AMAZING hot sauce. It’s like a liquidy hot taco sauce with garlic and is just SO good that I can’t even explain the taste. They also sell bottles of it(for $ 8 I believe) so you can take home some treasure. Staff is also extremely nice, informative, and patient so that always makes a pleasant experience! Only qualms I have about this place(but not enough to deduct any stars) is that(1) there aren’t enough vegetarian options and(2) this place could easily serve as a locally-favorite late-night spot but they aren’t even open for dinner(close at 5pm). Nonetheless, you can’t frolic around Downtown WC and NOT try this place. GOFORIT!

My buddy and I just tried it out. We were both happy with the result. I had the orangeade and a Santa Fe burrito. Both were delicious. They need to bottle the orangeade, fresh OJ, Lime juice, and agave juice. Simple but tasty. I’ll definitely will be back to try more of the menu.

Baco is a fantastic place to go if you are looking for a refreshing healthy meal. However, their items are way overpriced. A minimum of 5 dollars for a tiny smoothie, and at least 6 or 7 if you want a taco/food. Has a cool, modern vibe to it and is a fun place to go. Somewhat slow service though because everything is made to order, but what can you expect. Overall, good fresh presentation but pricey.

Smoothies are legit, not those ones that are icy and processed. The juices are even better, the orangeade is a must have. The tacos are another level, really small so order a lot but they are amazing, from the veggie tacos to the authentic Mexican beefs they offer, its a great place to stop, very nice interior as well as a nice place to eat outside

I had never noticed this small shop until one of my friends recommended me this place. The smoothies are so fresh and inspiring, and they are definitely one of the kind! The tacos are also warm, mouth-filling and delicious. Even though both tacos and smoothies are a bit pricey, I would still try to go back there as many times possible :)

This is hands down my favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat in West Chester — I’m there at least once a day. Food: Their breakfast burrito’s, especially the«hot mess», is a great way to start your day along with one of their selections of juice or smoothies. I have my go — to’s, but nothing I’ve tried from there is been disappointing. The selection is great and you’re guaranteed to find something that you’ll love. Staff: Outstanding. Every employee I’ve encountered has been more than helpful and accommodating. They always have a smile on their face and looks like they have a great time working there. Location: Couldn’t be better. Placed right next to one of the biggest intersections in West Chester, it’s always convenient to get to. The new expansion is a great addition! Outdoor seating when the weather is nice is the only way to go. Cons: Although I rated 5 stars, no place is perfect. My ONLY«beef» is that the portions can be a little inconsistent from visit to visit. Some days I walk away full, and others a little hungry; always ordering the same thing. Again, this is my ONLY con. Everything else is perfect. If you’ve walked by and haven’t stopped in or ordered from their front window, you’re missing out! Tip: If the line is long outside, go in. There never a wait at the register inside. Enjoy!

I frequent Baco for their drinks! Delicious juice and smoothies with a wonderful selection of wonderful fruits & veggies to choose from! Now onto the not so yummy part. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately their juicer was broken! Ordering a salad, I paid and a minute later the apologetic staff informed me that they were out of lettuce. Having already paid I dabbled in the veggie tacos. Kale, potatoes, cotija cheese, beans, poblano crema and tomatillo salsa. Sounds flavorful right?! Not at all. This was 100% pure mush. There was hardly any cheese and lacked all flavor. My only savior was smothering each taco in cholula hot sauce. Lesson learned, go to a juice bar, order juice.

I’ve eaten at Baco a handful of times since they have opened and really enjoy their food every time. I never walk away hungry or unsatisfied. They are pricey for«Mexican» food but they do make everything to order and offer very friendly service. Today I had the Quinoa Porridge(Quinoa, crème agave, cinnamon, cardamom and golden raisins. Topped with blueberry compote) for breakfast. You could definately taste the crème that was used but I didn’t get any cardamom flavor and I also added a little extra cinnamon on top. The nuts, raisins and blueberry compote added the extra texture and flavor that quinoa needs. For the $ 5 I spent, I did enjoy the porridge and am good to go until lunch but I have to admit that I was a little let down when the flavor of the cardamom did not shine through. I will be back Baco! Maybe to try another breakfast item!

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the staff is nice and they have really good, healthy vegan options. Just a word to the wise though, if you go at noon, expect a long wait. To me, the wait is worth it for a cruelty free, whole body nourishing fresh juice!

I raise a taco to the owners of Baco Taco. It was late in the afternoon and the shop was closed. The kind owner opened the restaurant and served us. I ordered the adobo chicken taco. Being Puerto Rican it didn’t disappoint. The chicken was slightly chard on the outside and moist on the inside. The taco shell is made from corn not flour and the fresh taste is definitely noticeable. If you want a healthy and fresh made taco, Baco Taco is the spot!
