What a wonderful lunch, in a clean, bright, sparkling bakery! Lentil vegetable soup, Croque Monsieur for me, and vegetable gratinee for my husband, with a really nice latte to go with it. We took croissants and a few baguettes home. Very much looking forward to our next visit to West Chester!

Outstanding establishment. Extremely friendly and helpful staff coupled with amazing food. You can meet and chat with owner who takes a personal interest in the happiness of her guests. I’ve visited many, many times and even placed a full catering order from them. It’s as if a little slice of Paris exists in West Chester. They also offer a loyalty program, holiday specials, and a French story hour for little ones. I’m genuinely impressed each time I visit and would recommend that anyone interested stop by, even if it means a detour.

Absolutely the best bakery in West Chester. The croissants are to die for! I love the friendly staff and the ambiance of the quaint La Baguette Magique! My Wife and I, always stop on the weekends and pick up a baguette for Sunday dinner. So good! One knock, not a huge fan of the coffee as it is very strong and bitter, but besides that I don’t have another complaint! Keep up the excellent work!

This spot is pretty good. The pastries are all generally fairly buttery and soft. Which is what I expect in a French pastry. However, the lack the delicateness and gossamer quality which I have observed in top-notch bakeries. They allow they’re goods to sit out a bit too long. Good stuff here, especially for West Chester. But, I can’t give 5 stars.

Haven’t had a French bakery experience this good since the one I loved on the upper west side in Manhattan.(What? You thought I was going to say Paris? Let’s not be crazy. This is PA) Coffee is delicious. Sandwich choices for lunch looked good, though that will wait till next time. They carry Peloton iced coffee(yum) and their cream puffs were heaven. My chocolate chip brioche was perfect. If they make a mocha chip flavor, I’ll never have to go back to NYC again. Paris, it still awaits.

The bread — and the chocolate croissant — is absolutely delicious. They have a beautifully displayed select. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The baked goods are displayed with their French names, but the pastry chef was helpful in advising me on the best purchase.

Simply the best addition to WestChester in the last 10 years. Off the hook authentic. Very reasonable for the quality. It’s like being in Paris. My favorite place.

Far and away the best bakery in WC. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent, especially the baguettes and pain au chocolat.

We walked in after grabbing breakfast. Smells amazing. The owner was in there and the sweetest woman ever. I truly wish I had a bakery like this at home. I did not order an item they make. They sold French macaroons which I love. She told me that was they only item they do not make in their bakery but they were amazing. Next time I’m in town I’m stopping by and ordering one of their breads or pastries.

I had a quiche, salad and tea, all of which were delicious! It was bright inside due to the large window at the front. I loved the vibe and could have sat there all day. I just *might* when the wifi is up and running!

Amazing pastries, the croissants are by far the best in the area. I’d like to give five stars but they can’t seem to manage to make a good cup of coffee! They have a nice espresso machine, a nice grinder, and use good coffee, but the staff lacks the knowledge to turn out a good machiatto. Until they get this ironed out, get your coffee elsewhere, but come here for the pastries!

Absolutely the best baguettes this side of the Atlantic! Very nice décor and cool to watch the bakery in the back in action. (But maybe a little music?)
