NEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN! My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru and they skipped our car and forgot about us. Waited for ten minutes and when we pulled up to pay, the cashier walked away while texting. Rude employees, horrible services, and food suck!

Terrible McDonalds location, as usual. Today’s drive through experience: 1. Non-working drive through screen. 2. Worker didn’t give total or confirm order at the window. Mr. Congeniality award. 3. Plain cheeseburger was loaded with pickles and onions. 4. Fries were cold. 5. Burger was burned. 6. No napkins in bag. It’s a shame this McDonalds is continuously bad, as it’s near my house. The management at this location needs a serious overhaul.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. As a franchisee establishment, it needs shutdown. Horrible customer service, young kids working with no respect toward customers. The final straw happened today when the shift manager«Jody» asked my fiancée if she had a mental problem for ordering ice cream when it was 15 degrees outside. She got an ice cream cone for our little dogs and a milkshake for myself. I love em no matter the temp outside. She was upset. I went and confronted this kid who smirked and said it was just a joke. I wanted to rip him over the counter. I asked him for Corporate’s phone number, he responded I don’t have it. I said I know this is a franchise, so give me the owners number then. He said I don’t know his number either. We will no longer give this location our business, and I will do everything I can to make sure worthless trash like Jody gets fired. Corporate has been notified. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s or BK down the street.

If its monopoly game time and I order something that you have listed as having a monopoly game piece on it, don’t give it to me without a game piece on it and then tell me that’s just how it is today and expect me to be fine with it. I don’t come here for the gourmet food during monopoly time. I come to play the game. what a load of crap.

One of the hallmarks of fast food is accuracy and consistency. This McDonalds failed on this visit. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a has brown this morning. The bagel was burnt and they missed the hash brown in the bag altogether. Back on the road running late before I realized it — since I could not go back and get satisfaction, I decided to let my fellow Unilocalers know. Fail.

It’s the closest McD’s to my house, but today was probably only the third time I’d eaten in. Last time was well over a year ago. Been through the drive-thru a lot though. Would I have stopped in I had checked the Unilocal reviews and tips? Probably, as it had been a long day, I was tired and needed some FAST food before heading home and was not in for eating in my car. The food was fresh and hot, but I made some careful observations while eating. First, there was hip hop music, blaring, which I would guess was the choice of the staff. Granted, if you’re 19 you might enjoy the atmosphere, but, I think a restaurant should find a mid point of tunes-and volume-that would suit guests of all ages. Then, the cleanliness(or lack thereof). I wouldn’t go so far as to say it was wallowing in filth, but there were a number of dirty tables, fries on the floor, etc. It was 7PM and the place was empty, at least 4 employees were around. I also noticed damage to tables, booth seats and chair backs, like the place is not kept in good repair. The bathroom was unacceptably dirty, including greasy grime on the stall door, lidless trash can with no liner, sink area a mess. The condiment area was also messy and poorly stocked. I agree this is surprising for being in a supposed«upscale» area. This is fault of the owner of course for poor training and supervision of the workers. Ironically there is a contact name and phone number on the door as you leave, presumably the owner, asking for your comments! The drive thru experience here has been ok in terms of food quality, but I learned early on to check the contents of the bag before driving away. Let ‘em honk. Better find out now if they gave you NO tarter sauce instead of extra tarter sauce. Hmmm, I’m thinking next time I’ll just go that extra mile to the next McD’s.

The order taker was Incredible rude while we were still ordering. Then we got up to the window and not only was this employe rude but she criticized my drink choice. To tool it all off the fries were soggy and floppy. It does make sense now why this restaurant only got a two star rating. Enter at your own risk.

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way back to Columbus to use the restroom and grab some diet coke. Looks fairly new and I really like the store design, but I’m pretty sure truck stops are more clean than this filthy place. There were only two other customers in the store and not a single employee doing any cleaning. You would think they would be fairly busy around dinner time… but I’m guessing people in this area know not to eat there. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floors had food and napkins all over the place, and the drink station was a mess. I wish I hadn’t even put ice in my drink! My girlfriend nicely told the manager that we noticed a two-star review on Unilocal before we stopped in and it was probably because of what we witnessed. His response was«Oh, okay» with a smirk on his face. Enter at your own risk!!!

This McDonalds is one of the café style stores. Most have decent televisions in the dining area, but this one just has 2 smaller tv’s that are only visible in a small portion of the store. They also both are on the same channel. The place is reasonably clean, and the service was fast. They have a lounge seating area to further the café aspect. Parking /Access are Ok.
