We just moved into a new house and were having trouble with our boiler. We had a tech take a look and were told we’d need to replace the system – about $ 7500. Fortunately, we contacted Precision to get a second quote. The salesman, Tim, looked at our system and explained that it does NOT need to be replaced. He explained exactly what we need to do going forward. Even though he was a salesman, he didn’t talked us out of buying something incredibly expensive that we simply don’t need. Huge relief. Tim also sat down and talked us through our system, how it works, etc. He told us to contact him ANY time with questions, etc. We have and he has been there for us. Stellar service. Precision has earned our trust and our business.
