Eventhough they say they guarantee their work, I found this to be untrue. They installed wood floor in our home, but the options on the trim were never discussed prior. They did it the way THEY wanted it, which was not to our liking. They said they would correct it but never did! No follow up, no desire to satisfy their customer so we will not be going back there. I would think twice before hiring Simply Floors in West Chester to do your floors! Usually family owned businesses care more about good customer service, but not this one!
