Hands down, these are the best donuts in this area. The sour cream donut holes are my favorite.

I recently discovered an article about the Butler County Donut Trail, , so I’ve now taken on the task of working my way through this list and Stan the Donut Man was my first stop. We arrived at this strip mall location around 11:00AM on a Saturday, and they were all but sold out. There was one tray of donuts left, and the store attendant briefly described what the remaining options were. We chose a Sour Cream Donut, which was sooo tasty. It was super moist and just delicious. My husband wanted to go back in and buy up whatever they had left at this point. Our second selection was a jelly donut, which was a little dry, but it had plentiful filling. Priced at less than a dollar a donut, this is a place worth trying. **I’d say they’re probably a 3.5.

Stopped early on a Saturday morning en route to the airport. I sampled a glazed yeast and a chocolate iced yeast raised. After eating half of the glazed, I put it back in the bag as there was nothing there that would make one want to finish it. It did not feel fresh. It did not taste fresh or buttery or light. I suspect it was made late Friday evening. The chocolate iced was a bit better but not by much. Milton’s in Middletown is much better by far. I won’t be stopping here anymore.

Best donuts in the area. They are always friendly and helpful. The sour cream donut is one of the best things you will eat. Get there fairly early though on the weekends as they do sell out.

I don’t get the negative reviews. Everyone is always pleasant and courteous. The donuts are the best. If you like Krispy Kreme or Duncan’s these are not for you. Stan’s donuts have sustenance and are oh so good! YUMMY!

Website and Unilocal said it was open till 5pm. Went at 1pm and it said they were closed from 12−1pm. Stayed until 1:20 and no one ever showed up.

Donuts made the REAL way. Just devoured my first blueberry cake & sour Kreme and was blown away by how fresh, moist, and perfect they were. Gotta get there early for the best selection, but they’re all worth a try.

Overall I wasn’t impressed by the quality or taste of these donuts. They just didn’t taste fresh at all Bills Donuts in centerville is the only donut shop I have ever like because their donuts are always fresh and moist! Dry donuts are the worst! As for innovation, nothing new at Stan’s either. At least Holtman’s had the Cronut

Haven’t had a donut I didn’t like yet! If you like pineapple, even the slightest bit, you’ve got to try the pineapple fritter!!! It’s amazing.

Always the most fresh and tasty donuts and baked goods. We went to a farm to pick pumpkins a few weekends ago and were missing the cinnamon donuts we used to get at the farms in Michigan. We stopped and Stan’s and voila! He was pulling cinnamon donuts out of the oven. We had them hot and fresh. They melted in our mouths and made us SO happy. Thanks for a little piece of heaven in West Chester!

A small mom and pop type shop with the best donuts in Cincinnati. Get there before 10 on the weekends as the donuts go fast.

I was introduced to Stan’s during my 4 year old’s school field trip, and have gone back quite often ever since. The service and donuts are all outstanding, but you should get there early to get what you want. While my kids are partial to anything covered in sprinkles or chocolate chips, my wife and I have a much harder time deciding what to get due to their extensive assortment. We’ve had numerous Saturday mornings where we cant get the family out the door and over to Stan’s early enough to get my daughters their sprinkle donuts. No worries… the staff has always been more than willing to go in the back, and re-ice /sprinkle some donuts just to make my girls happy. If you can find a better place where a family of 5 can eat breakfast for $ 7 and walk away satisfied, please let me know.

Very good donuts! Service is weak. The moring girl will screw up your order unless you tell her each donut to pick up and place in the box. Then you check again it to see it’s actually been done.

I am thrilled this donuts shop is just around the corner from my neighborhood. I am always on the search for good raspberry-filled donuts, and I was able to find them here! Some of the donuts were more filled than others, but all were tasty. Great place for the basics I savor, including but not limited to apple fritters, raspberry, choc, cream filled.

Stan is THEMAN! The donuts at Stan the Donut Man’s are amazing — a wide variety is offered and all are top-notch when it comes to taste. I’ve had pretty much all of them by now and I can’t pick a favorite(which is unusual for me!) To further sweeten the deal — a dozen donuts is cheap! Even if you get ‘premium’ items like the apple or pineapple fritters — you’ll spend less than $ 10. Every time I’ve been here the staff has been very friendly too — even so early in the morning when I have a hard time keeping my eyes open, much less being perky. Which, speaking of, you must get there early. By 9 a.m. most of the donuts are gone. So for optimum choices get there early — particularly on the weekends. I had been by here many times and often complained that there are no good donut places around and I’m happy to have been wrong — not so happy to have always missed the place though. It’s between I-75 and Tylersville Road in a shopping center. If you are headed toward Tylersville as if you just got off the highway, it will be on your left.

I guessed I should have read the reviews before deciding to drop by this morning. First, the donuts are to die for. I had a Bavarian cream filled that was fantastic and a apple fritter that was so moist a fulfill of apples. The price is fantastic, I mean, what I consider CHEAP for what you get and if compared to anybody else around. As the earlier reviews said, you must get there early or expect your choices to be limited, don’t get me wrong, they still had a good selection, but I could only imagine what was there earlier in the morning. I was there around 10 am, they had a good crowd standing in line and a number of tables we occupied with families and kids enjoying donuts, coffees, juice and milk. I will for sure be back, just next time I will be earlier stopping in.
