Well… When in a new place I like to try local coffee shops. However, some days I just need a good Americano with no surprises. So I went to the Bucks. I’ll just say I gave 2 stars because they were nice when needing to remake my drink. But the 2^nd one wasn’t much better. Something is just off. Dang it!

Fourth time going through this Starbucks and horrible service every time. This time I asked for venti black coffee. When I drank it half way, I discovered that it had coffee grounds in it. Not a little, A TON of coffee grounds. It’s bad when I can count on Throntons coffee in terms of quality and its cheaper. Horrible service every time and bad coffee. I love Starbucks and every other location has been great. This place clearly has some problems.

It’s Starbucks. You know the drinks so this review is for the Tue night crew. I stopped by there every tues night in winter until almost closing. The staff is always friendly and if anything is off the mark [e.g. Coffee is brewing so I have to wait (not a big deal)], the drink is on the house. Can’t ask for more than that.

This is the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service (rude workers), long waiting times, and they can’t make modified drinks. Starbucks needs to do some «cleaning up» in this store! I will not be back nor recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here since July 2013. I’m always impressed how great the service is. When they get The Rush, no one freaks out — they’re cool, calm, and collected. I also drive-thru when I’m in a hurry. It’s typically pretty busy, yet they keep it movin’.
I’m usually in on Saturdays catching up on work, so I appreciate the atmosphere that allows me to stay on top of my game. WiFi is fast & reliable, I’ve never had an issue at this location.

This review is for the drive thru only– I love Starbucks and will wait in their ridiculously long lines but this store was horrible. Once I got through the line to order, waited another five minutes to pull up, the cashier looked at me and said, what did you order again? OMG! Are you kidding me? Nope she wasn’t. So then I had to sit at the window and wait again for them to make my drink. Not a fan and def won’t go back.

Location, Staff, and ambiance. Those are what make a great coffee shop in my opinion. I’m a med student, so my needs are also a little different than most people who visit coffee shops.
My perfect place to study has a friendly staff who knows me by name, lots of tables, good climate control (temperature doesn’t fluctuate like crazy), lots of natural sunlight, and a decent flow of traffic — an of course electrical outlets!
Parking can sometimes be an issue, but there’s plenty around back as well. Although, I’ve never had to walk around. Orders are promptly made and delivered with a smile. I’ve tried a few of the other places in the immediate vicinity, but nothing gives me a good study buzz like SBX!
So if you’re in the area, stop by! You’ll probably see me working my butt off so that one day if you’re in the ER you’ll be grateful I did :)

I love the comfy vintage chairs and the high bar stools in the back. The space is aesthetically pleasing. :)
When I’m in a rush, I always do the drive thru thing. It’s a great convenience and they’ve never messed up my order.
