I tan at Sun Tan City at least 4 times a week, and I constantly maintain a gorgeous bronze glow. Thanks to the amazing service provided by Carlina, I always have a great tanning experience. Being greeted by her smiling face and sparkling personality always makes me feel right at home. She is extremely knowledgeable of all the equipment and retail lotions. I usually prefer to use a bronzer lotion, but today I asked Carlina about the new Spice tingle lotion. I purchased a packed based on her recommendation, and I am beyond impressed with my tanning results. I achieved a deep golden tan (not to mention the lotion smelled fantastic) and I will definitely be using it again. Thanks to Carlina and all of her knowledge of product, I am very satisfied with my visit to Sun Tan City. She is hands down an all-​star employee and goes above and beyond for her clients. Highly recommended!!!

I really do love this place. Clean rooms, nice staff, and convenient location. Quick trip from the gym and there’s plenty to do in the shopping area so it’s not like you’re heading to some out of the way tanning spot. The only downside is the wait for a certain bed. I just wish they had more stand up beds… seriously…just one stand up bed… in the whole place. UGH…

Horrible customer service! Do not give them your credit card information! I called to cancel my membership and I am still being charged! They say sorry, we didn’t get your cancellation, but we will make note of it now. Will have to go to the bank and get a new credit card.
