The Cleaning Authority

When I originally signed up for their services I was excited and hopeful. Service was great for a few visits and then something changed. When I would call to complain, I got excuses… I learned the company had been purchased by a man named Paul, and he did nothing to try to satisfy me… The customer. Paul cares nothing about customer satisfaction and has absolutely no sense of how to deal with issues. I would never recommend this particular office of the company or anything else this excuse of a business owner might own as he clearly has no idea what he is doing. Want pictures? I suppose I could post more pictures of my dirty toilets and sinks when I would arrive home in a cleaning day… But he wouldn’t care anyway. He already got my money… So HE is satisfied. Owner satisfaction. ZERO STARS
