We love Waffle House! Fluffy eggs, grilled biscuits, lots of flavor, friendly staff, fast and good prices. Wish we had one in Cleveland but we always go here when we travel.

I don’t know any drunk person who doesn’t need the all start breakfast. AM I RIGHT?! I don’t love Waffle House. I just eat it when I’m drunk. That being said, it’s a great stand by! The food of course, isn’t of great quality, but the prices are really low. They’re great. The grits have no flavor. The cheese they use is processed«American» the coffee is okay. The omelets are really good and fluffy! But honesty. I prefer pancakes. Fluffy pancakes. Not hard crunchy waffles. But as the waitress informed me my first time, upon myself asking for pancakes, «honey, this is Waffle House»

Great food fast and you can come in no matter how you look. This is an America staple.

They say exceptions prove the rule, though I’m not really sure how. In any case, although I avoid chains like the plague, I am a Waffle House fan. Being a transplanted New Yorker, there is still something so quaint and different about WH. I remember that as you headed south on I95, the first WH sighting meant you’d crossed the unofficial Mason-Dixon Line. Works the same way westbound too. This location is our go-to WH and it’s a great place for a down home breakfast or hearty brunch. Has a genuine little town diner feel to it. Friendly staff, tasty food and lots of it for a pretty low price. Prompt and generous on the coffee refills. This place is clean and comfortable, though it can be a little tricky finding the right driveway to reach it! This is probably not a problem for natives though. They do the eggs to perfection… Over easy was a masterpiece, my husband was delighted with his poached ones, too. Two kinds of ham, sausage, bacon, hash browns with a zillion add in options, and of course, those famous waffles. And grits even, if that’s your thing. Biscuits and gravy! I mean, how down home heartland America can you get? They have lunch and dinner too, but somehow I can’t see anything but breakfast at MYLOCALWAFFLEHOUSE. One day maybe on the road, will give that chicken-fried steak a try…

This one and the one at the truck stop exit south of Florence KY are the best two in the area. I’m a musician, I am qualified to state this as fact. Due to the lack of even decent mom and pop diners in the areas around Cincinnati, WH remains the best bargain, believe it or not.

When traveling to Michigan on I-75 we stopped at a Waffle House and this has to be one of the cleanest Restaurants we have ever eaten at. The chef on duty was Dave and the food was cooked to perfection. We both ordered the Festa Omelet and the hash browns were fantastic. The server was a pro(Angela) and the service was truly five the way, the floors and the restrooms were spotless. Preston Lawley Hoover, Alabama
