Waterview Apartments

Been doing a lot of unscheduled inspections, very inconvenient. Feel bad calling them maintenance man because they are great! will say hi or ask you about your day. Management is okay, will listen to your issues but takes a while to be fixed.

I lived at Waterview for a year, from July 2014-​July 2015. The apartments are solid, insulated well and soundproof. All new carpets when you move in, nice touch. Maintenance was a little slow for us, but usually always friendly and we hardly called upon them. A handful of times in a year. Free swim club, awesome. The fitness center is small but gets the job done if you don’t want to pay for a membership somewhere. We lived in a semi-​upgraded apartment. The kitchen had light cabinets and white appliances but we never had any issues with anything in there. Small issues like poor plaster jobs and badly insulated windows were our biggest concerns.
Did not enjoy the $ 150+ utility bills very month, however. You are responsible for water, hot water, gas, trash, and sewer here. Plus cable and electric.
Overall, our stay at Waterview was quiet and pleasant. If you can afford it here, I would highly recommend it.

This property and the management team is beyond amazing!!! I moved in July 1,2015 and am beyond happy!!! My unit looks just like the show room and the residents are the sweetest! I love calling this place home! If you’re thinking about it just do it! You won’t regret it!!!

I have only been living here for a little bit over a month now, but my opinion is already quite strong. The management here is wonderful, they are always willing to help you and are some of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to (definitely a plus). For the most part it’s a very quiet community and the majority of the people are very friendly. The only issue that I’ve had here is with specific neighbors but that is not something to sway my rating of the apartment/​community itself. My boyfriend and I got one of the newly refurbished apartments which has all new appliances and cabinetry and it was all very nicely done. The apartments are spacious and solid, not a lot of noise gets through.
