I had a really great experience there today! They put a plastic liner on the pedicure tub which was very sanitary. The older woman who did my pedicure took her time and did a wonderful job. I went at about 10:20AM on a Friday and they were already kinda busy. It’s probably a better idea if you call ahead, but I didn’t end up having to wait.

Since I live close to the salon I go there often. Last week Kathy did my nails, not only did she act Like I was a new customer (I go every 2 weeks). The whole time she was doing my nails she was on the phone (a head set). I felt like I was a inconvenience, except for the part when I paid. It’s time to drive a little further and be treated better.

Terrible customer service. They shouldn’t take people if they’re in a hurry to go home for the day. I know when I work, I stay till the job gets done. They close at 8 and I showed up at 7:00. Once the nail tech finished, she honestly just sat there staring at me. I continued to watch TV while my nails dried :) I went again around the same time & as soon as the tech finished my nails, she said I had to leave because they were closing. Whatever happened to customer service? Ignorant and very rude staff.

I always come here every two weeks to get my nails done. The place is very clean and nice and I never got disappointed. The staffs are supper friendly and do great job. They are experienced, take time to take care of my nails, never feel rush here. I recently tried no– chip color and it’s amazing, it lasted for more than two weeks because when I came back after two weeks, my nails still look great with shiny color, plus, the price is so good, $ 25 for no-​chip manicure. Yay!!! My fav place ! Definitely will come back.

This place gets the job done. The prices are reasonable. Kathy is very good at her profession. I don’t think it’s bad to just go here for Kathy. She has a lot of experience under her belt and she knows what she is doing.

I haven never written a review nor do I complain. However this is the worst place I have ever been!!! They started my fill in then put me in a chair for a pedi I was done in 10 mins. My fill in was a complete mess. Not even a week later my nails are lifting. They are extremely rude. She did not say more then 5 words to me. I came home and my feet were better before I got my pedi. My french on my toes already chpiped off. I paid $ 60 for 100% shit work. I was going to give cash tip until the lady complained I didn’t leave her a tip on my credit card and put a big X next to tip line. I called to complain her reaction was not to come back to her shop. Never ever again will I go to this shit hole of a nail shop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money because if you go here you might as well flush it down the toilet because that is the type of service you’re going to get.

Stopped in without an appointment for a full set of gels on Saturday. Place was super busy but they said no problem, just a few minutes. The girl who did my nails seemed to be the boss. She did my nails plus two others at the same time all the while managing everyone else’s work flow and yelling at them all in Vietnamese (?). I was in and out in 30 minutes and boy do my nails look it! They are a mess. Uneven and lumpy. The full set was $ 35. Good price, crap job. Just don’t do it.

This salon was great. I called at 708pm and asked to get in for fill. She said to come on in. I was there and started by 715. By 750 my fill was complete along w changing the polish on my toes. Great service, friendly staff. Works efficiently and did a fabulous job!!! Thanks Cathy! First time client will definitely be back!

This place is awful… Went in for a mani/​pedi when they were busy and people who came in after me were treated before me. Also they had a young girl clearly learning prepping people however it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing when she spent 5 min filing down one toe till I told her to stop because it was painful she filed so low. My toes are different lengths on eaxh side and after telling them i was in a hurry after not being helped for 60 mins they decided to try and prep my nails for a mani. i was so aggravated by the rudeness and lack of ability by these people I decided this mani was occurring. This place was slow with extremely bad service and their pedicure was also bad. They set you up in a chair w the water then leave you for 30 min before anyone even acknowledged I needed help. Not worth people time or money. This place should go out of business what so supposed to be a nice relaxing mani pedi turned into an aggravating morning.
