They bought out dial exterminating who we used for years, and then would not write a letter of coverage so we could sell our house. The manager kept saying«yes you are covered but I won’t transfer the bond or wrote a letter for new owner unless you pay to renew 4 months early». Luckily the new owner bought without a letter but not all sellers would be so lucky! Manager was a jerk to me and realtor repeatedly on the phone. They aren’t going to be able to keep many customers like that.

Textbook case on treating customers poorly. RUN, do not walk, away. This«company» bought out the firm I’ve used for years. As soon as we had an issue, they balked, claiming that the sale hadn’t gone through yet so they’re not liable for damages on a contract they just purchased. Appalling customer service. I’ll be filing a claim with the Columbia and national BBB shortly.
