As you will see in my other reviews of corporate places, they are not my thing. The menus are all the same. At least Ruby Tuesday has a salad bar. Only complaint for this visit was the bartender either didn’t know what a short glass was, forgot in two seconds, or completely disregarded me. I asked for a bloody mary in a short glass(I don’t like a lot of mixer), but it was in a pint glass. Salad bar was good. Sliders/quesadilla were blah.

Not sure why all the negative comments I see here, but I have been to this location several times and have always received good service and the food was fine. Maybe they were expected a $ 100 meal for $ 20.

The manager was absolutely nice and asked us for desert. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The salad bar was very clean. The restrooms were clean and they were clean and smelled fresh. The waitress came by once and told us the food should be here shortly. My mom got the petite sirloin medium well with the garlic potatoes. The steak was tender and the steak was cooked to perfection. The garlic potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Overall her meal was cook and tested perfect. I had the little bacon cheeseburgers and they are really juicy and delicious. The fries were nice and hot. The buns have a nice satisfying crunch. They FINALLY brung back the Heinz 57 steak sauce. Overall this restaurant deserves more than just five stars. I got the Sunday and it was really good. We are really happy customers and we will come back.

Do yourself a favor and skip this Ruby Tuesday restaurant as it is the absolute worst. I have dined in several Ruby Tuesday establishments and this one… sucks…for lack of a better word. Management is slack and seems if they do not care. I cannot believe regional staff does not make some changes here. Come on people…

It seemed to me that no one in this restaurant cares about the restaurant being successful. The management and staff all seemed less than pleased to be working. The bartender forgot that he put my Togo order in when I called, then when I got there, he proceeded to put my order in as I stood there. When he came back to give me my bill, I asked if he’d just put my order in, he said yes, that the other guy must’ve just set it there and not told him.(Although it was very clear that he was the same voice I’d heard on the phone.) He left to go check how long it would be and returned to tell me that my order had already been put in when I’d called, and was being packaged right then. I paid and took the food to my car where I checked it, and had to go back in to get the correct side dish. After all that, I had to wait an additional half hour to eat my food as I had an appointment waiting on me when I got back to work. So I can’t judge the quality of the food, as their lack of organization took up my entire lunch break. But my co-worker was less than impressed with his burger. My first serving job was at a Ruby Tuesday’s about 11 years ago, and I know back then, the company wouldn’t appreciate the lackadaisical way this particular location was ran, but it seems that the company as a whole isn’t doing so well, so maybe it’s reflecting from corporate to management to employees? Regardless of why, I won’t be rushing back to Ruby’s for any more lunch breaks, and I’ll probably utilize other options for any other«out-to-eat» experiences. Very disappointed as I used to really enjoy going there.

The worst food ever. Appetizer was dry and cold. Service terrible. Not ruby Tuesday quality.

The better the décor looks, the worse the food is. I had to laugh when I saw a sign on the kitchen wall that said«17 days since our last guest complaint»… we sent our food back, and so did the table behind us and the table across from us left before their entrée arrived because their appetizer was so terrible. We tried the spicy shrimp app, it was a bad knockoff of bonefish grille’s bang bang shrimp. Overcooked shrimp, hard batter and a mediocre sauce. Jerry had the rib & fingers platter. I am not sure why we bother to ever try ribs at a chain. So dry and flavorless. Someone please explain to these people that just because you slap BBQ sauce on something, does not make it BBQ. Chicken fingers taste dirty, like the grease is old, and the batter is very dark which reinforces my suspicions. The meat inside is a very odd texture. Almost slimy on the inside, but it looked cooked thru… it was just off, but I can’t put my finger on it. My best guess would be the chicken was old. Half a finger(and a night in the restroom) was all I was willing to risk. So, $ 70 later, we were still hungry, but a little bit wiser. This Ruby is actually Rubellite.
