The worst carpet cleaning service I have ever dealt with. The tech was late when I reserved a two hour window of time. He flooded the bathroom floor, then left and never cleaned up his mess. My spouse and mother mopped up the floor so there would be no further damage. I spoke with the manager Joe on a Friday he said he would call me back the same day after he spoke with his corporate office. He claimed I wasn’t telling the whole truth. It is Tuesday and I am still waiting for his phone call. I have already contacted the better business bureau
