i can not believe i’mwriting a review for TWC… and it’s not like they care! anyway, their tech workers are the worst than their CS! messed up my internet and router… and told me i could have picked different company! Whaaaat?! when i called CS and complained about whole mess up, they said someone will be come back next day, and it took them 3 days to show up and finally fixed! they charge too much and service is not worth!!! I disconnected and picked ATT! never TWC!

I will be disconnecting my service due to TWC increasing my bill yearly. Worse company ever in all 8 states that Ive lived in. Why would U not want to keep customers happy, especially the paying ones? This is year 2 that I have gone thru this, unbelievable. No more dealing with your horrible customer service who dont listen and keep tryin to sell me something else they I havent ask for. I already talked to your reps about situation over and over. Not sure what TWC doesnt understand about my bill??? Maybe U all should take notes from the other companies in other states, as to why there customers are happy. I have never in 8 military moves had to call a cable company about the same mess every year. I personally think its distasteful, for your company to act as if U dont know the issues, that U put your customers thru every yr. Really, Im tryin to be as nice as I can, but when Im wasting my time every yr with the same thing??? I reached out to there FB page and a rep PM back stating she would send in my concerns in 3 business days… yeah OK business as usual. Worst company ever… Google them if U want the truth from many customers!

I am in Orangeburg and the CS, what I was promised, and tech. support are if they are from a small indepedant provider. I spoke with a level 3 tech to address my issue with email and he hung up on me. I didn’t get services until the 25th but got my bill that day. The bill was for $ 124 but when speaking with a supervisor it went up to $ 289. They charged me for cable runs and sending a tech out to do them. I got it knocked down to $ 178 but I’m going to look into Verizon. UNACCEPTABLE

They are rude here, unknowledgeable and inefficient. Also, they are disrespectful and sass you when you ask a question. I’ve never seen a place where shrugging and saying rudely«I don’t know» is an acceptable way to treat a customer. Be sure to allow lots of when visiting to switch out your cable box because they will take their time, question you about basic information and never believe your word. Trips to the store are mandatory because when you call and request service they send a 3rd party person who has even less answers. TWC is the worst!

TWC was voted the worst company in the world this year, beating out AT&T and EA games. Had my service completely shut down 9 times in the last month. Every time it goes down it lasts more than 16 hours, regardless of the company saying it will be up at a specific time. I had them in NC for 4 years and had outages at least twice a month, and though that when moving to a new area it would change… I was wrong. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m about to drop their service and get DirecTV and verizon fios.
