My mom wanted her vacant home appraised and it is not in the best of shape but Bob was up for the challenge and he arrived on time, although I was running a little late. By the time I arrived, Bob had already took pictures and measurements of the front and back yard. Once I arrived he went through the house and made the process so simple. He delivered the appraisal when he said he would and I would definitely refer him to others.
If you want a stress free appraisal with a professional, Bob is your guy :)

I needed a second opinion and chose 1 Day Home Appraisal due to the great reviews with the hope that I would not be disappointed.
