They outsource the calls they receive and then give you a run around when you try and call back about the quote they gave and the one the new company is trying to charge. Definitely a shady company that does not have the customer in mind. Two parties end up being screwed because as a customer I’m upset about a change in the original quote and two the third party company that came to do the job because they are not going to charge a lower price than what their work is worth.

What a disappointing experience! I searched a local business for a friend who needed a professionals help. She contacted this business because they were local and I vouched that the reviews were good. After speaking to the business they outsourced the job and charged a $ 20 fee to quote a $ 200 fee despite her clear explanation of being on a budget since her wallet and keys were stolen.
She refused the up charge fees and paid the $ 20 fee. Now the business won’t stop calling and is essentially harassing her!
Patron beware!!!

I called them for my elderly friend and they came out very quickly and were reasonably priced compared to some of the other locksmiths I called who would’ve taken longer to get here. Very courteous and I would use again.
