Daniel will NEVER leave you alone. Once they get your phone number they never stop calling. And if you talk nicely to him and say«I have not owned an Electrolux for over 10 years, please put me on the don not call list” — he just hangs up on you. Daniel has called me everyday for 4 days in a row–(one day he called twice) each time he just hangs up– which is why he probably keeps calling– he doesn’t listen to hear you say TAKEMEOFFTHELIST. RUDE– I will NEVER buy this brand again because this would be the place you would need to get parts & service from.

I took my long time Electrolux vacuum cleaner yesterday to this repair shop and they fixed it on the spot. A special thanks to the associate Jennifer for her help.

My husband comes here once in a blue moon for vacuum replacements and other vacuum related products. This place is in a strip mall right across from the movie theater. I doubt they see more than one customer per day from the looks of it. The salesperson who attended my husband seemed very persistent on trying to sell him ANYTHING. Kudos to him! I praise him for almost talking my husband into buying an air purifier.(LOL) Unfortunately, the air purifier he was trying to sell was way too expensive($ 1600) for having such a sucky return policy. They only allow a 3-day return policy, which is RIDICULOUS considering it’s a high ticket item. We’ve spent quite a lot of money on expensive air purifiers in the past and 3 days is NOT a decent or fair amount of time to test and determine the progress of one. Trust me on this. I can’t tell you how many we’ve tried in the course of 5 years. Major fail on all of them. We’ve bought expensive ones in the past and they’ve all broke on us in less than 2 months. There goes hundreds of dollars down the drain since the return policy was 30 days. That’s why I think a 3-day return policy on a high ticket item is just absurd. Perhaps, this is the reason their business is extremely slow. The extra star is for the sales guy because we knew he tried to go out of his way to get his manager to cut us a decent deal. My husband overheard him saying to his manager, «I don’t care about my commission. I just want to sell the air purifier.» Awe, I felt kinda bad for him. Anyway, I hate to give 1 or 2 stars for any of my 1st reviews but I have to be very honest and give what I feel is appropriate for each specific experience. They didn’t lose a customer. They just lost a big sale, that’s all. We’d come here again for their small ticket items such as vacuum bags.
