This makes me sad to write this but me and my boyfriend love this place anytime we are at a mall we stop by for a yummy snack. Today was a disappointment. We found a nice little critter in our pretzel. We brought it up to the employee Ariff and 3x denied there was bug. He kept insisting that it was part of the almond. I didn’t know bugs were apart of my pretzel. Anyways here is a nice photo to show you.

West Covina mall… we bought 30.00 worth of drinks and snacks and when asked for a small cup of water for my 3 year old… A worker’s exact words were«we don’t have compliment cups of water. You would have to buy a cup of water or buy a bottle.» Seriously? Well this will be the last time I buy anything from you guys. And yes… All of my friends are reading this. Wetzel Pretzels it is from now on!

Sometimes you get hungry at the mall, don’t judge! Takes 15 minutes to make a fresh pretzel if they don’t have any made. Pepperoni Pretzel — $ 4.09 — Pretzel plus pepperoni, yum! Jalapeño Pretzel — $ 3.59 — Pretzel plus jalapeño, yum! I feel so guilty after eating here but worth it!

A friend introduced me to this place and now it’s my go to spot for a pretzel when I’m at the mall. I started off with the cinnamon pretzel and ate that religiously for a good while, it is rediculously sweet. It’s also super messy. Tired of being judged and always asked why my car had cinnamon all over I new I had to switch it up. I tried all the other pretzels from the pizza one to the jalapeño pretzel. I can now confidently say the almond pretzel is my favorite. It’s got the sweetness of the cinnamon pretzel with none of the mess. A win win if I may say. Now they have an app also and you get a free pretzel just for signing up. Every 300 points you get a free pretzel but that’s not all. You can get a free souvenir cup and t shirt once you get more points. I love companies that give back to loyal customers. They also have a deal if you buy 3 pretzels and a drink you get one free! In case you go with a group you can score a free pretzel. The mini pigs in a blanket are also amazing. They go great with an original lemonade.

This is my favorite pretzel place. I sampled the new Garlic Parmesan Pretzel it was great and they’ve been having lots of samples recently.

I am a big fan Auntie Anne’s they are pretzel geniuses. They are 100 times better then Wetzel Pretzel. Each time I am in a mall I can not resist buying an Almond Pretzel. Its so perfectly sweet and crunchy. So when I encountered one at the Westfields Mall I could not say no. There was a family of 5 ahead of us, looking confused and deciding what to order. They were taking a long time while we waited. The server was also slow at getting their order ready. There was another employee who asked the husband if he was ready to order, he told her he was with the group. Instead of going to the next group, which would be us, the server turned around and when on with her pretzel duties. I was so upset she ignored us, especially since we already new what we wanted, and only wanted one pretzel. After the family was finished ordering she came back and asked what we wanted, she grabbed our pretzel and said she will help you. Leaving us with the other server. Quite rude in my opinion. Nothing like the other Auntie Anne’s.

Had a plain pretzel, no salt. It was fine. .. and fresh from the oven. I’d do it again next time I am back at Westfield West Covin?

Ekk I don’t even know why I get pretzels here anymore, probably because even time you pass by it, it smells really good and then you buy one, take your first bite and metal. Why do these pretzels taste like metal? They used to be good when I was a kid but now you can taste a metal taste on the bottom of the pretzel! and Like the other person said, RUDE people work there! When passing by they gave me a dirty weird look, like«why are you looking a me huh?» kind look, UHHHELLO you are working at a business! Be nice to people you brats! DON’T COMEHERE, unless you want a dirty look for ordering a pretzel and keeping their store and their butts in business.

Located on the first floor of the West Covina Westfield Shopping Plaza/Mall… towards the Sears wing. The pretzels are alright, not as good as Wetzel’s, but good enough and ok if you crave some carbs or need a snack. I’ve had better pretzels from other Auntie Anne’s though. For some reason, the texture of the pretzel is tougher at this store. The workers are not super friendly nor professional, but what do you expect… they’re probably just high school kids, working part-time.
