Cafe Donuts

We’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years and we continue to come cause the muffins and breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The banana nut muffins from this place are delicious My kids favorite is the chocolate chip muffin. As for the breakfast sandwiches we usually get the breakfast croissant. If you are ever in the area you should come try it. You must try the muffins they are BEST!

Amazing I’ve been going there since I was a little girl and always get up in the morning and get my usual donut, bagel, and my chocolate. now after my practice I love to get there blueberry banana with boba also with protein (: I’m never disappointed ! A great place overall

Just a small donut spot, but who doesn’t love a good donut. This place is nothing
They make your regular donuts, shakes, smoothies, ice cream and drinks. They also have boba if you like that stuff. They owner is a cool guy and cracks jokes, which he is usually the one there.

They have the best shaved ice & smoothies in town! They have MANY flavor options, & many menu items from breakfast sandwiches to protein shakes & so much more!
My family has been coming here for three years ever since we discovered their shaved ice one HOT summer afternoon… they definitely value loyal customers, & the man that works there is super friendly… the woman there can be a bit impatient sometimes, but I think their products make it worth it.
I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Go here A LOT!!! My husband and his family have come here since it opened, now we come here with our daughter!(: it is walking distance, donuts are great and the smoothies are even better! The employees/​owners are always super friendly! Definitely recommend!

Just went here and the old lady was soo rude. I will not be returning here!!! She has very bad customer service!!!

Came in for the 1^st time about a month ago. Been coming back every single day even on my days off to get the Hawaiian hazelnut coffee and the bagel breakfast sandwich! (Bagel, ham, cheese, bacon, and ask for sunny side up on the egg) you won’t regret it.

The RUDEST lady was working this Halloween afternoon! I went in for some donuts with my kids, and felt very rushed and could barely understand her broken English. She had NO customer service skills, and I WILL NOT be returning here again. Ever. Even my 6 year old daughter said, why was that lady so mean daddy?!! Exactly.

This place have coffee and boba drinks. It is near the Yoshinoya I always go and it is my usual destination to get dessert. In the morning I get my coffee here and it is an affordable alternative to Starbucks. The sign in the corner says Coffee Donuts.

I thought West Covina was a boba desert outside of the mall, but this place has fresh boba!
Went in on a Sunday around noon, because I was happy to see on Unilocal that they served breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the bagel: ham, egg, and bacon, no cheese. They did it well.
Then I was tempted into boba by the summer heat. Happy to report that they offer non-​dairy options, so ask. I got the mocha boba which has two scoops of chocolatey sweetness and an espresso with a ladle of awesome boba.
Very happy that this joint is here.

Every morning I come in here and I love it. I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello! Even when I don’t buy anything, I am still greeted! I love to have my coffee here before work. Sometimes a boba after work! The burritos and croissants are delicious! Thank you for your outstanding customer service :)

Every time I’ve stopped in for a donut or bought a dozen for a social gathering, they’re ALWAYS FRESH.
I’ve even gotten complimented for providing the best donuts!

Besides the rude ass owner, this place is pretty legit. The muffins are literally the best in West Covina! I usually get banana-​nut, but today I tried Cream cheese & strawberry and it’s seriously big enough to split for two people. If you’re by yoshinoya and want something sweet, it’s def worth the stop!

I really like this place. The breakfast stuff menu that they serve all day is really good. There was nothing special in the mix as it was eggs, bacon and ham. How different can it taste? But i think what attracts me the most to come back is that the owners are really friendly and accessible. Take time to suggest things and give opinions on what they think is good.
The first time I came here was after a recording session at 6am and was looking for breakfast food. The owner was quick to suggest their breakfast croissant and told me that «it was the best» He was not kidding. After being so hungry the whole night, it was quite a great experience digging in to that croissant (which had bacon, ham and eggs as i described a while ago)
This is something that of course you don’t want to eat everyday. But it makes me happy to think that there is a reliable place where I can buy breakfast food all day that is near my house.
The shakes are great too. They have a selection of fresh fruits and powdered ones. And more exotic ones like Cactus leaf which I’m not certain if i want to try.
I also want to note that on my next visit at 6pm the same day, the owner was still there working (he told me that he did take a nap during the afternoon.) But it’s just great seeing hardworking people.

I love them, their sandwiches are really good. Their milkshakes are really good. Really friendly people too.

The exterior isn’t appealing and you’d miss it if you weren’t already looking for it. The exterior is bombarded with different-​colored signs but what isn’t nowadays. Once inside, it looks like a typical donut shop, which it is but they also offer sandwiches and smoothies.
If it weren’t for the reviews, I probably would’ve never stopped here. However, they seem extremely understaffed. I arrived once around 4pm and was next in line but the line was getting longer. There was ONE Asian lady attending to this line. When it was our turn to order, she told my bf that he should choose a food option that was already made because her coworker had just left and she still had to tend to the long line. REALLY?
Needless to say, the customer service is lacking.
The smoothie was good and the sandwich that was pushed on him was all right. However, we doubt we’ll ever come back to any establishment that is unwilling to provide what the customer wants and accommodate the customers’ needs. He was pretty upset when we left and I can empathize. We came and paid for something that the establishment pushed us to get only to be disappointed? No thanks.

Been coming here for years in my opinion best spot to get bobas try there kiwi berry it’s bomb. Friendly workers and great prices

I have driven past this place many times and today finally stopped in. My friend and I had just finished a hike and wanted to grab something to eat.
We split the ham, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was very yummy the croissant was fluffy and flaky. It also wasn’t extremely greasy. I got a green machine which was yummy. It wasn’t blended very well so I would get pieces of carrot as I sipped my drink. My friend got a regular coffee which she enjoyed and said wasn’t overly strong.
I would definitely go back to this place again.

Several family members and I have been Coming to this place for several years now. I’d say more than a decade. My uncle, John used to give the owner free towels, so they especially liked us. Well, I experienced the absolute worst customer service from «the mother» she was talking to me like I was an idiot. Literally, even pronouncing her words slowly to intentionally make me feel like an idiot. It wasn’t until after I mentioned that I’ll never come back there, that she started «acting» polite. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I did not (nor would any customer) deserve to be disrespected like that. I will never come back here again, and I have already spread the word to my family members as well.

Flies on the donuts alert!!! The donut cabins are not closed therefore the flies go in there and hang out on the donuts.
Their drinks are also not fresh and made out of powder. No bueno.
