They don’t deserve one star. My grandma’s house used a city loan to repair her house, remodel but not upgrade. The contract is between the city, my grandma, and the contractor. The contractor uses subcontractors. They did such a terrible job. They cut corners where ever possible, things weren’t done complete, lack of detail and that when brought to their attention, most of the time they would fix it but so many corners were short changed. Our kitchen counters where shorter, we had to switch to a regular stove from our separated stove and oven. They used smaller bathtubs, they didn’t patch the holes/roof correctly when the water heater was moved, they took 10 – 11 days for Sewerline instead of using the faster sleeve hydraulic method, they left the yard full of bald spots and uneven, they hung the wrong windows. Now that they’re correcting the windows, we have to move everything around inside and out again. They didn’t put in GFI outlets where they suppose too. After moving hot water heater, the hot water is not working properly in one bathroom, the rain gutters lack a part or section, and the stove sticks out because of the placement and change of counter they did incorrectly. Only recommend this company for small or single jobs.
