Very rude lady on the phone. They always say the line connection is bad and they hang up on you without warning. I called numerous times and different lady answered each time. They always hung up on me.

I wish my Mom was still staying here, but she’s currently at a cheapo residential home where my sister got a two-for-one deal for my parents(YES! You heard right. We will take care of TWO of your loved ones for the price of ONE!) But I digress.. . Clara Baldwin Stocker was a wonderful skilled nursing facility. The staff was hardworking and caring. My Mom was depressed and angry and was having a hard time adjusting to her life after a major stroke. But the staff was cheerful and attentive. The CNAs took care of her physical needs, and they couldn’t have been kinder to my Mom. The physical therapist, Peyman, was good too. It’s really hard to find a skilled nursing facility that has a good atmosphere where the staff turn over isn’t too high. The ratio of staff to residents is lower than the state requires, so it gives the CNAs and RNs an opportunity to treat the residents like humans. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care they provided to my mother during a dark period in her life.

The staff here is so nice and helpful. My mom liked the food very much. Her room was large, with a sliding door to look out at the garden. She had her own tv. There were always activities going on, that many residents participated in. If there was any issue, they would call us and consult with us before making any changes. We felt like they took really good care of my mom. I cannot thank them enough!
