Customer service in store is very good each and every time since I have been a Aio Wireless customer. I am not pleased with the customer service by their reps on the phone, since they offer a refer a friend of $ 25 that is what I have had struggles with since the following day that I began my new service with them. I referred four family members and have not gotten my credit towards my account which should be $ 100 and my family is suppose to receive a credit to their account as well of $ 25 each. The supervisor is even less helpful that I spoke with by phone. If any issues I would recommend going into the store instead of calling in, the store customer service is much easier to work with and easier to understand. Most of the reps by phone don’t even speak clear enough english so that makes it twice as hard and frustrating. I have not had any trouble with the actual telephone service nor with the physical phone itself I did shopping around before switching carriers and found Aio to be the most reasonable cost. Juts because there are other to large carriers out there that doesn’t mean their service is any better, just a higher price as I did have first Sprint for more than 10 years then after that Verizon for about 9 months.
