My wife and I came here to do a 4D ultrasound. The tech and staff were very nice, however, the images were not great to say the very least (big clouded orange blotch, no face or other identifiable body parts) and they certainly arent what we paid for. The tech who did the ultrasound ended up apologizing to us, which was nice. When we asked to speak to a manager the staff let us know they would call us back. After 3 weeks we still have not heard back.
This place offers a service, since they didnt provide the service they offer, they should refund me. Somehow, this concept is lost on them.

I paid $ 109 to get an ultrasound along with the dvd of the U.S. u pay for a CD of pictures (50) of them and 12 hard copies. When I got home I called them and told them the CD never worked (I tried it on 3 different computers) The girl told me she would send me a copy in the mail, its now been a month and still havent received anything, I called 2 more times and was told she would «re-send» it. This place is a rip-off, and to top it off they never seem to have someone answering phones. It impossible to reach these ppl.

I had absolutely no problem with this place! Nicole, the owner and ultrasound tech, was super sweet and accommodating. I found out about it through Google, and my husband made the appointment online and confirmed it the day of. We weren’t super interested in the 4D pictures and everything, we were mostly going in to confirm the gender after already having one ultrasound with the doctor’s office. Nicole confirmed what our other ultrasound tech thought, and even gave us a 4D glimpse for just $ 10 more than the cost of the gender detection. The baby wasn’t showing her face much, but she spend extra time with us trying to get her to move so we could get a peek. It was a nice experience, too; she had soft music playing in the background during the actual ultrasound.
I would definitely recommend this place to a friend — she was super nice and helpful!

go to this branch. excited to take 4d picture. first appointment, did not get to see the baby face so the lady told us to come back next time and pay only $ 30, so we set up 2^nd appointment and the person never come. Try to call many times when we were there, she dont even pick up the phone. For all mom to be, my workd of suggestion, don’t do this to any place that say «by appointment only».
