Excellent service and walked in to pickup leis for a friend’s daughter graduating from Bishop Amat and they had a few already made to choose from. Love that they were prepared and affordable. Nice little flower shop in the shopping center with Guppy House and few doors down from 85 Bakery.

Ordered some flowers online for my mom for today’s Mother’s Day and my god do they look Horrible!!! The flowers are half dead and brown w peddles missing they are all cut different sizes that don’t even match and worst of all looks like there is so many ugly gaps like they only put 8 flowers of whatever they could find and threw it in a glass vase! The vase is so beautiful and big but everything else is just ugly and dead I was so embarrassed when my mom received the flowers at the door thinking she would be surprised and happy and even she had mixed emotions when she saw the half dead flowers! I will never ever order from here again! So disappointing and embarrassing! And I paid $ 80 for all this! I should’ve went to Vons instead!

I ordered flowers here for my wedding day and I must say I was in love with all my flowers the guy that helped us out through the whole thing was so nice and helpful and can’t thank him enough and the price was even affordable unlike the other expensive ass flower shops we went too… Thank you guys my wedding flowers were beautiful !!! Very pleased customer !!!

I’m once again a satisfied customer. Came in last Friday (4÷29÷16) after ordering a prom corsage and boutonnière for my daughter’s prom. I specifically asked for Donna. She’s done arrangements for me in the past and have always been amazed by her work. This florist is so talented and her customer service is exceptional. Thanks again Flowers by Robert Taylor. This is a late review, but I had my date come here to get the boutonnière and corsage for Winter Formal in January. When he asked about the flowers, the lady gave him a book and told him which ones were popular. She lead him through the process and accommodated his needs. She also gave suggestions and helped him finalize the boutonnière and corsage. He said there were many options but she made it easy for him to decide which one he wanted. Considering that he did this two days before the dance, the process was really easy and the lady said they would be done the day of at an early time. We were both really happy with how they turned out and got many compliments on them throughout the night. My date believes that they were a little over priced (about: corsage $ 30 boutonnière $ 14) so instead of throwing them away after, I decided to preserve the flowers by hanging them upside down and drying them out. They are currently pinned onto my bulletin board in my room. We are likely going to come back here for Prom in a month.

Last minute on Valentine’s Day morning, I decided to order flowers for my mom. I tried calling other flower shops at 9am, but no one picked up and Flowers by Robert answered the phone promptly.
Bob was very nice in helping me over the phone. Mind you, I understand it was a last minute notice, but for the amount I paid, I did not think I got my money’s worth. On top of that, I was told that it would be delivered no later than 1 PM and be notified by email once they were delivered. At 2 PM, I called to double check on the status since I had yet received an email. I was told it was out for delivery, and it would get there soon. Then, at 2:30 PM, I finally received the email. I understand that it’s Valentine’s Day, but don’t promise a time that you can’t keep especially if you’re charging $ 15 for delivery fee. It’s better to overestimate then underestimate in my personal opinion.
I would definitely go to the flower shop and pick it out personally. So that way, you know what you’re paying for. I couldn’t because I live in Vegas, and just wanted to do something nice for my mom. I do, however, like that they offer a 10% off deal.

This was in October so I forgot to review, but really the lady there (forgot her name) was really nice and helpful. My date got my buottoniere here and we both liked what we got for eachother. Well, loved it actually. My date preserved the flowers and although it didn’t turn out the way she wanted too, it still looks great. I plan on getting her flowers here for her birthday. And who knows. Maybe the corsage convinced her to be my girlfriend after homecoming. ;)

This year’s Christmas decorations were made so much more beautiful, by having my mantles decorated with Flowers by Robert Taylor. They are the best florist shop in the Los Angeles area.

My father and I had been looking for a specific flower for weeks for my mothers grave, as they were her favorite, and had been having absolutely no luck. I live in Long Beach but grew up in Covina and my dad still lives there, so when I exited the freeway I said you know what I bet Robert Taylor will have them. I stopped by, asked, and sure enough HE DID! Thank you so much! Robert Taylor is TOPS!!!

I went to this shop for the first time on mother’s day. The owner was very attentive and helpful. I gave him my budget and what I was looking for… and he did an amazing job of delivering what I wanted. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day and was very disappointed. Both arrangements looked nothing like the picture! Some flowers that we’re pictured in the website weren’t in the bouquet. Very very disappointed with the flowers for the price you pay

This place is amazing. They are well organized and extremely friendly. They did a tour and badge work for our scout troop! My daughter LOVED it and she is hard to please. Thank you so much. Definitely an asset to the community !!

Ordered prom boutineer and corsage for prom. I enjoyed the visit. They were so very helpful with my special order. Hoping my order comes out great! Definite five star for customer service. Will keep you posted.

I ordered a birthday bouquet online for my mom and she loved it! She sent me a picture and they look beautiful. My only comment was that I ordered a Vera Wang design that came with a one ounce bottle of her perfume and I got a call in the morning that they were out of the perfume. They replaced the item for a two pound box of See’s but my mom still loved it. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you!

These guys are great. They took the time to look up on their map on the computer in the back of the counter. I was off a few numbers…(Not Upstairs) and they assisted me very diligently in finding the correct address for a friend’s address. Place has a great selection and be patient on the holidays, cause they are bussssssy.
Musn’t forget flowers for mom. Very special mom at 98 ½ and smart as a razor.

Found this place on Unilocal and was hoping they could help me. My boys needed two wrist corsages for their homecoming dance TONIGHT! The customer service was great, I can’t remember her name, sorry, but she was by herself and still did an amazing job! The flowers were finished in less than an hour. I will definitely be using them for my flower needs in the future!
