Seriously? Sighs and muttering under your breath about my mother!
Wow…did you guys light a fire under me.
The doctor’s assistant who was in black had no customer relation skills
He asked a question about my mom to which I answered.
And then he says, So you don’t know.
Helloooo…I just answered you. (Thought: Clean out your ears)
As he’s checking her eyes… he’s sighing and getting upset with my mom.
He even kinda rolled his eyes and kept saying I’m not getting a reading
While looking very upset at both me and my mom.
He then says, «I can’t do this… I’m going to have to get the doctor to do this.»
So he says that I have to move her to the other room
where there is more updated equipment.
However, when the doctor comes in.
He’s shouting commands to my mom (really loud)
(Excuse me… she’s not deaf. she’s here for an eye exam)
After him yelling at my 97 year old mom to look at his ears
He then said that there is no way he can give her a test.
That we should come back in four months.
And that we should go to the Glendora Office.
I looked at the Glendora Office on Unilocal.
OMGosh…the reviews are so horrible.
Finally…no shades for my mom’s eyes after the test.
On a better note… They do have a good receptionist.
