They advertise as if an older retired guy is coming out and a young guy came out. The young guy seemed okay enough but it feels like their trying to sound all homey and trustworthy saying it’s an old handyman type old guy who does it on his own and that’s was not the case. They have an ad in the Pennysaver that doesn’t say Hoag Plumbing, only says «Retired Guy». I didn’t hire them to do any major work after meeting at my home.

Gave them a call for a simple stopped drain. They came out later that day (sooner than I had thought, which was good) and after giving me an accurate arrival time and cost estimate, came in and did the job quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The cost was very reasonable and I was glad to have called them. Would highly recommend them.
