Invisible Shield Kiosk

On Friday May 27, 2016 I went to change my screen protector on my phone I paided $ 10.99. At the time, it was a young man who helped me but he left it with two bubbles on the screen of course I was not happy with the work he did for me. So, a young girl was also there and she told me if in a week it the bubbles don’t go away to bring it back so they can do it again. Common sense why couldn’t they just change it instead of making me come back. Of course the bubbles didn’t go away after about a week so on 6-​3-​2016 I decided to come back and the now there was a lady helping me her name was Berenice. Not only did she help me in bad mood, but she looked like she hated her job, very unhappy; horrible customer service!!! She said she was unable to do anything for me because I did not have the receipt but I had my credit card purchase receipt with the time, place, date and amout. She did not accept it and I didnt end up getting any help from her if I could I would give this booth a (-*). Stay a way from this Zagg booth unless you really have to go but definitely don’t let Berenice help you! Horrible experience lost a customer. (-* -*)

This place is seriously a joke, I was charged twice in less then 24 hours because they couldn’t get the placement right. Never again.
Paid $ 100 for two iPhone shields. Pretty stupid

TERRIBLE service everrrrr. The employee named Diana was extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Bought the HD shield for my iphone 6 and after 2 weeks started to peel off with bubble. My wife and I came back to this kiosk, took it back for replacement. Diana did the replacement for my phone but there was some saliva on screen and dust under the HD shield .Then we asked if she could do another one for us, she said no, she can’t because of a long list of her RIDICULOUS reasons. She was acting very rude and disrespectful to her customers .Bad service ever. DON’T GO HERE !!! STAY AWAY from this Kiosk

The girl working there talked too much and not forcus on what she did with my phone, she was just talking talking and talking with everybody around her and made my phone has a lot of bubble, after what she did she wanted me to pay for another one if i wanted she did again, my iphone looked like toyyyy WILL NEVER COME THIS ZAGG STORE ANYMORE

I bought 2 extreme shields for my girlfriends phone and my iphone 5, over $ 40 each. I don’t mind spending that because I love my phone and want to protect it. But with a lifetime warranty, I also don’t mind spending $ 10 each time. I’ve been here 3 times to replace my shield and they been «out of stock» each time. Maybe they should carry more since the iPhone is the best selling phone out there.!! I bought a lifeproof case because I’m tired of them not having them in stock. Either get them in stock or I want my full money back!!!

This will be my 6^th time coming here. Shake I applied a new hd screen protector to my iPhone 5c. I upgraded to the 5s and he gladly replaced it for 5 $. I bought my sister the extreme case friendly for my sisters iPod. I got a new 5s because my old one got stolen. He applied the one I bought in best buy. And gave my sister a temp one until thurs because they’re out of stock. I’m giving Linda and Shake a big shout out for great service

The sales associate was rude and unprofessional… but I guess I should have expected that from a kiosk employee. On the day I went the instillation price magically went up to ten dollars. I returned the product and will never use this service.

Terrible, horrible, etc! This black guy with a wierd name (I think it’s «shake») did beyond horrible work putting on my wife’s & my invisible shield for our iPhones. Within a few days they started to peel. Then they wanna charge $ 5.00 to redo it, even though it’s their fault… Don’t go there!!!

Got a shield installed on my iPhone and the very next day it started to peel off. I took it back right away and this smug little ass that goes by «Shake» said it’d be $ 5 to re-​install it. I politely explained that it had only been 24 hours since it was installed and had already started coming off.
He went out of his was to make it clear he was completely ignoring me as was speaking to him, pretending to read a magazine. When I insisted on his attention by asking for his supervisors name, he gleefully stated that his cousin was the owner so «good luck with that». Went somewhere else, only to find out that they installed THE WRONG COVER since I use a protective case.
Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Placed my order via the Zagg site, got my product today, took it to the mall for them to install it for me — girl drops the shield on the floor as shes installing it picks it up and tries to clean it off, no luck. So she tries to replace my HD iphone shield with a regular one and I confront her about it and she claims its an HD one. FALSE.
She installs a regular shield on my phone. Looks like crap and it has a zagg logo on the bottom right hand corner of it. I have a white 4S so the logo stands out like a sore thumb.
Called Zagg customer service and they want the HD one back, which the girl threw away in the trash. So the customer service person on the phone agreed to send me a HD replacement… and shes going to note on the account that it was a kiosk error. This is the worse service I’ve gotten from this kiosk. A simple install turned into a nightmare.

This place F*ING sucks!!! They removed my prior review. They scratched my brand new iPad. I was so upset my elevated blood pressure and heart rate sent me to the emergency room, I thought I was having a heart attack and they did Nothing! Regardless who spoke with. DONT go there! Only if you want you iPad scratched!
